Hello guest! Welcome to the new Kougra Kare Adoption Agency! Please read the following rules before you start the process of applying for one of my fosters. Please note that I am NOT selling or trading any of the fosters.
Disclaimer:
Applying for any of these pets does not guarantee you as the new owner of the pet. Once in the pound, a pet is freely available to anyone. By applying for a pet you recognize that you are giving your own free time and effort, that you are in no way making any form of transaction directly to the foster parent, that the only NP you will have to spend is the NP the Neopian Pound charges.

Rules:
1. Your account must be 4 months old (Neo's Rules)
2. Please copy and place your application (see application below) on a petpage or Neomail it to me. Be creative and honest with your answers. All neomails must go to
Snuglow. I don't check mail on my other accounts.
3. Please keep the application up until the deadline is over. This dedication will show me you REALLY want to adopt my foster. I like to look back at them from time to time.
4. If you want an update on the pet, please don't neomail me, go to their petpage. I'll keep all the information updated there.
5. Put the Pledge of Good Ownership (see below) somewhere in your application.
6. Mention something about Antrim, my Babaa in your Neomail/Questionaire.
7. If you have a full house (four pets on an account), don't apply. Telling me you're holding a pet for a friend won't cut it...heard that before. Instant disqualification.
