On the last weekend of January, I hosted a 1np auction for my guild because they're awesome! Amongst the lots, there were codestones, neggs, dubloons, a lab map piece, a petpet pb and several other PBs. The most noteable auction was a Faerie PB donated by one of the guild members.

After the Faerie PB went up for sale, starting at 1np and lasting two days, I was suddenly barraged by a sea of random neomails and friend requests. My inbox was filled twice over and I had deleted 64 requests when it was suggested to me that I should screenie what was happening.

There were far more neomails, but I used these because I think it demonstrates the many different ways people were approaching me to be their NF.

Counting the 64 I had deleted previously, that makes a total of 193 neofriend requests over three days!

You don't really get points for honesty...!

Really? Scores on your side accounts eh? Good luck with that one.
I explained that what he was doing was against the rules. He asked me if I would mind him joining the guild. o.O

If you say so...

Oh right, now I know exactly who you mean!

Best. Talk. EVER!

Well then, sucks to be you...

Sure.

Is that sarcasm? I can't tell!

This is dutch? I couldn't be bothered to translate it.

Riight

At least do your research first!

---

I deleted half of the following convo before I screenied. It basically opened with;
Them: Be my NF
Me:No
Them: Please! Why not?
The rest of it's there.

I replied to the last one with:
Actually I'm usually pretty easy to get on with. I just find it irritating when people blatantly ignore what it says on my lookup about accepting random NF requests and then proceed to ignore my rejections via neomail, simply because they want to get in on some 1np auctions I'm running.

...they haven't replied ;_;

You're welcome...

My response:
I hate that bird! Don't listen to him, he doesn't know what he's saying.

no reply as of yet :(

come again?

Okay, the only interaction we've ever had is me refusing your friend request, and you LIKE me?
Seek help dear.
