Body Type: stubby-legged, compact, long tail curls over shoulders, massively fluffy; she looks essentially like a cottonball with a broad happy face, (her build is based off of a Samoyed), long, lolling tongue and lil' pinpricks for eyes.
General Personality: playful, childish, boisterous, slightly mischevious, lonely, prone to temper tantrums, almost bipolar, can be quite nasty when she's in a rage, can get viciously irritated, sweet most of the time, charming, irresistibly adorable
Special Abilities/Skills: all the normal ghostlike contingencies; dissolve through walls, turn invisible, make things float and fly around, switch around doorhandles, mutate face, the usual.
