Welcome to the official Charlot website. Charlot is a <i>literate</i> chat-themed guild. We don't have any of those fancy activities, teams, and all that. We're simply here to talk and make friends. Our mission is to create a haven for neopia's literates and to establish that perfect kind of guild. That kind of guild where you don't have to donate 5685760987 neopoints to move up in rank, or do a billion tedious activities to be important. At Charlot, none of that stuff matters because we don't have it here. All we want to do is chit-chat. (: We're pretty much a <b>chill</b> kind of guild. Just follow the rules and there won't be any trouble.

We are a <i>literate</i> guild, so we expect you to be literate on the message boards. If you violate the policy, there will be consequences. As in, if you don't follow our rules, you're out.

<b>1.</b> Please post at least two sentences per post. And, we mean normal sentences (7+ words).

<b>2.</b> Please use correct grammar and spelling. Make sure you punctuate, capitalize, etc. to the best of your ability.

<b>3.</b> Absolutely no chatspeak in the slightest form. <U>EVER</u>.

<b>4.</b> Be sure to introduce yourself upon joining.

<b>5.</b> You have to apply before you can join. This is just to make sure that you're literate and not entirely insane. (: You can see how to apply below.

Applying is pretty simple. Just write up a petpage or neomail about yourself and anything you think we should know. We absolutely encourage you to get creative. It gets pretty boring reading a thousand plain neomail applications. :P
