RULES FOR WHATEVER:
1) DON'T MAIL ME UNLESS DIRECTED TO DO SO. Your mail will be left to rot! ...unless I accept your request on one of my boards. If you're so desperate for something, you'll have to ask me on a board that's open for requests first.
(I won't bite you if you're asking a random question, just don't mail me about art unless you've been waiting on a trade for... a long time LOL)
2) MY REQUESTS ARE NOT "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE". Seriously guys, I've repeated this rule for what... a year now? If your design is eerily similar to a default Neopet design OR horrifically complicated (ex: six tails, four wings, three eyes, lots of sparkles desu, and 13278900987890 accessories), THEN I WON'T DRAW IT FOR YOU.
3) I DON'T DO APP ART. I will draw pets ONLY IF THEY BELONG TO YOU. This also means I won't draw for 'your friend', they'll have to come to the board.
4) I WON'T MAIL IF YOU ASK ME TO. I consider that a "hit-and-run", and I never respond to those.
(It also seems rather rude, don't you think?)
5) I WILL NOT DRAW DEFAULT DESIGNS BY NEOPETS. Those aren't creative, and I'm afraid that all the Baby Kau owners would go "OMG FREE ART /steals~~!!!1".
(No offense to Baby Kau owners, that's just the most common request I get o__o;)
6) I'M A JERK AND HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHO I WANT TO DRAW. Don't whine to me if I don't choose your pet/design/whatever.
7) IF THE BOARD IS CLOSED, IT MEANS I'M NOT TAKING ANYMORE REQUESTS! STOP ASKING ME OKAY, THEY'RE CLOSED. I DON'T WANT TO BE BOTHERED ABOUT THIS ANYMORE.

If you even try to enter them in the BC or claim them as your own, I'll pretty much know at once and YOU WILL BE CAUGHT.
So yeah, don't be dumb and get your account frozen because of something like that.
