Arquiro is the self-proclaimed guardian of the oceans. He's much less of a hero than he likes to think, in fact, many have described him as a villain.

Leinos is probably Arquiro's only friend. He is very pessimistic and always tries (but unfortunately fails) to keep Arquiro's life structured and organised.
