About Donations
You do NOT have to donate to be a member of this guild, but some members have shown a interest in doing so to help out. These rules were made to protect our members and to make sure no one gets taken advantage of :)
ALL donations stay in the guild. Donated food and medicine goes into the guild safety deposit box. The food is given out on Free Food Fridays, and the medicine is used for the Pharmacy. All other donated items will go into the guild vault or safety deposit box and may be used as gifts to members on random occasions, birthdays, etc. All donated neopoints go into the guild bank account. Neopoints may be used for the Adoption Program and to buy food, medicine, gifts, and newbie packs. Neopoints may also be used for stays in the lodge if you are going to be off line for a while. Just contact roguefourteen if you need NP for the lodge.
The "rogue14" account is not a personal account, but the guild's account. Only guild stuff goes into this account, and nothing leaves it except on guild business. This is to keep everything organized, simple, and fair.
Item donations are accepted by sending them to rogue14 through the "give item to neofriend" option. Or you may set up a trade and contact roguefourteen to pick it up and she will send the items to the rogue14 account. If you would like to help out by donating neopoints you may do so by buying a "Piece of Wool" in roguefourteen's shop, and the NP will be sent to rogue14 to be added to the guild bank account. There is not another way besides those three ways to donate. (The reason the NP and item trades are accepted on the roguefourteen account is because of TNT's rule that only one account per person may gain NP. With this rule change in mind Rogue14 will accept donations on her main, roguefourteen, then send them to her side/guild account, rogue14.)
The only person that is allowed to accept donations for this guild is Rogue14 and no one else in the guild is authorized to take donations on behalf of this guild. Anyone caught asking for donations to be sent to any account other than the rogue14 one will be warned, then suspended, then removed.
