How often do you come on1ine? Every day, at various times a day.

Previous Guild experience:
I've been in council in practically every guild I've joined from this account. My last few major guilds (over the last 3-4 years) have been Soda Tree (leader), Beau (council 3), Obsidian (co-owner), Renegade (Council... I don't remember which), Legend (Council 4), Borderline (Leader). I would consider myself proficient or better at guilds, if that's a thing.

What can you bring to Lucid as a council member?
I am a magnificent idea generator. I can come up with fully-formed ideas within minutes. I am great at creating activities, events, etc. I can create and host pages, write content, and finish everything on a deadline. I love to hand draw page graphics and layouts, though I'll admit this takes me longer. I am also a stable, active, reliable person. I personally feel that I connect with all of the members in a guild regardless of whether I am on the council or not, and that I bring a certain level of charisma and personality.

What makes you a good leader?
Throughout my public education, I was constantly selected by my peers as (or tacitly judged to be) the leader of the group. I have the qualities that some people call 'natural leadership', though I personally don't feel that I do as well as the main or the sole leader of a group as I do while part of a group of leaders. I am passionate, amiable, and highly skilled and knowledgeable on a number of things. I think that it is largely my eclectic and extensive gamut of knowledge that enables me to be a good leader. I am capable enough at many things to educate or assist others in doing them, which makes me a good delegator and teacher, and a helpful resource. I am quick-thinking, but at the same time I am patient, cautious. I am a good consultant and judge when it comes to group decisions, but I am also more than capable of acting alone. I invest a lot of time and effort into my guild, and it is a personal concern rather than a job or a responsibility. I get to know all of the members of any group on a personal basis, and I tend to have pretty good chemistry with everyone. I am easily forgiving, and I make an effort not to publicly express that I am upset with someone unless I do it in jest. I take any and all leadership positions, however small, very seriously.

Some personality flaws that I have are indecisiveness and over-involvement. I also tend to require clear-cut distinctions between group and solo responsibilities, as otherwise I could end up seeking more council(title drop) than is desirable or taking more liberties than are desirable.

Anything else you think would be necessary: I suppose I should put that obligatory disclaimer here: Even if I am not chosen for council, I would be happy to continue participating in the guild as a normal member, and I would still offer my services to help improve and maintain our wonderful Lucid!
