I will award it to people who get a 8.5† rating, and/or people who have hilarious screenies, attractive screenies, or screenies with good drawings. (I may give exceptions.)
Neomail me if you think you qualify. Things that lower your chance of getting my award:
1. Nothing or a lot of Neoboard screenies. Neoboard screenies are kinda stupid. Noobs are everywhere. Screenies are for YOUR humor, not someone else's stupid humor.
2. Screenies that have nothing but "umm.. okay?? LMAO" in them. Seriously, it's not funny! XD
3. Stuff with illegible text, chatspeak or bad spelling. I'm really strict in grammar...
4. Stuff un-related to neopets.
