Hi guest. I'm Aqua, Leah's oldest pet. I live here on her oldest account with my sister Sylvia. She handles the Fosterpets that Leah has rescued from the Pound, and I liase with potential new owners, and tell people the rules. If they don't follow them, or are cruel to their new pet, I punish them as they deserve. As such, my role is Guardian and Protector of these poor pets, and therefore on my page I host the guidelines for new owners to read. Stats

About the Agency
Well firstly, my name is Leah and I'm a member of The Neopian Orphanage. The purpose of this Neopian guild is to rescue poor, abandoned pets from the horrors of the Pound, and then adopt them out to deserving owners. We believe that no Neopet should be exposed to the Pound, and that every Neopet deserves a loving home.

Please refer to the pets by their correct name and gender (unless you wish to change their gender, in which case please say so at the top of the application. Nicknames are, of course, absolutely fine).
Make an effort to use correct spelling and grammar. Try getting your application reveiwed (Billopan and Neopound both offer an application reveiw services), and run your application through a word processor.
As a side note, I have plain-text Neomail turned on. If you want to send in a spiffy Neomail application with random colours/fonts etc, please let me know so I can switch plain text off!
Neomail all applications to the_psychic_slayer, but please call me Leah.
As per the Neopets rules, I do not require petpage applications. If you make one I will read it, but I am not requiring you to make one and I truly have no preference either way. As long as your current pets are well cared for (Petpet, not crying, personality, etc) and your plans for my foster are sincere, I'd be happy to accept Neomail applications. C:
Tell me your plans for my foster if he/she were to join you. Will he/she become a Battledomer? or a Beauty contest applicant? Will he/she have a room in your Neohome? Or a petpet to keep them company?
Details and creativity in your plans will raise your chances of being chosen as the new owner! There are many guides out there to help you with these subjects- why not try The Neopian Orphanages guide or AmiyasPrincesss guide- both are excellent starting points
