Hello, guest, and welcome to A Promise, started on June 19, 2011.

Here at A Promise, I personally strive to cater to the wishes and needs of any member of Neopets, and to do that, I decided to start this project. A site where you can request pretty much anything your heart desires.

So if you'd like, feel free to browse my premades at Watercolour, and put in a request if you'd like. Hopefully you'll enjoy what I have here so far! ❤

Announcements

September 16, 2011:
School has gotten in the way for a month now, but I've gotten it under control and I'll be back. I have a few layouts currently in the works, and requests will be open as soon as I can get them finished. c: Also, removing a few of my idiotic affiliates! Funfun!

Rules

♪ Please leave credit so that others may find their way back here!
♪ Don't claim my creations as your own.
♪ Please be kind and use proper spelling when requesting something. If you use chatspeak, your request will be deleted on the spot.
♪ If you need something changed in a request, contact me and I'll see what I can do. Don't be upset if I can't fix it, however.
♪ Please do not edit the graphics I make.
♪ PLEASE REQUEST A LAYOUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE INTENTION OF USING THE LAYOUT I MAKE. I cannot tell you how hurt I am when someone requests a layout, I spend a lot of time and effort on it, and then they end up using another instead.
