we were shocked today. when who we thought was madikaa appeared from the oasis. why hadn't we realised it sooner...

we had come to believe madikaa had changed, odd as it sounded we were positive. yet today remarkably he came into view and by his side the beautiful black and blue horse we thought he had become.

we continued to watch the pair and keep note. they came together at dusk and parted at dawn. Madikaa disappeared into the dunes and the young mare whom we have given the name Aparii wanders back into the oasis. yet we have searched the oasis high and low and have found no trace of her.
