Welcome!
Aniisah and Roza have taken over the running of our adoption agency! Adopting pets is all about making dreams come true and if any pet knows about dreams, Anii certainly does. After all, it took him years to finally reach of his goal of becoming a Maraquan Draik! Of course he won't go anywhere without Roza, so she's here to help too.
Now it's time to go exploring!
Page navigation can be found to the left. This first section is for this small "Welcome!" Then comes all the "Foster Pets," what you're really here for I'm sure. Here you can see pet's up for adoption, awaiting transfer, or labbing. The next section is "Adoption Rules." Read these, they are very, very important. "The Questionnaire" is the small form you need to fill out to apply. If you are still nervous about applying, some guides to help you out can be found below the questionnaire, just scroll down! "Foster Links" has links that lead to my guild and other adoption agencies in case you don't find the pet you're looking for here. The section after that, "Aniisah," is not done yet, but will be all about Anii's journey. And lastly, but very important, "Credits" to those that made this page possible!
Now swim around a bit and see what you can find!

Note: It has come to my attention that the links to the left do not work in Opera web browser. Sorry about this! For now I'll be listing the names of pets currently up for adoption here so you can still check them out.

Adoption Rules
1. All you need to do to apply is fill out a simple questionnaire and follow the few rules below. The questionnaire can be found by clicking the appropriate button to the left.
2. Please place the questionnaire on a petpage if you feel it'll be longer than a few neomails long and send me the link, but please, no fancy petpage applications. A basic page with no coding is perfectly fine.
3. You should send questionnaires by neomail to lilypadfoot. Please include the pet's name in the subject.
4. Only apply if you sincerely want to keep the pet for yourself. If you intend to trade or adopt out, please don't apply.
5. You must have less than 4 pets on the account you want the pet to be on. Do not pound a pet in order to make room.
6. The account you want to adopt the pet on needs to be at least 4 months old. This is a TNT pound rule. If you want the pet on a newer account, you may apply as long as you are willing to wait to transfer the pet if chosen.
7. I will only use the transfer option to send pets to their new homes. Do not ask for me to do a pound transfer.
8. Each pet has a name and gender. Use them properly and never refer to one of my fosters as "it." The pet's gender can be changed if the chosen owner wants, but please indicate this intention in the neomail. If this is the case then you should use the intended gender when talking about the pet. Also, nicknames are perfectly fine as long as the connection is obvious to the name, or you explain it a little if not so obvious.
9. Below is what we at TNO call the "Pledge of Good Ownership". You do not need to display it anywhere or include it in your neomail. All I ask is that you read it and try to truly understand the meaning.
If I am chosen, I, (your name) , pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name). I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again.
10. I make no promise you will be chosen as the new owner. It is always difficult to decide who is the best choice, but please do not argue with my decision. I'll try to give an explanation if you ask for it politely. Just know that no decision is made easily and if you are rejected it's not with any mean intent.
11. Remember to have fun with your questionnaire! It should not be a chore. Think of it as a way of getting to know the pet better! I know these rules sound all serious and intimidating, but I don't want to scare you off. I just want you to understand that these pets mean a lot to me, as I hope those you apply for mean a lot to you.
Questionnaire
Here is the questionnaire I'd like you to fill out to apply for a pet. Answers can be as brief or detailed as you'd like. This questionnaire, along with how you treat your current pets, will play a big role in whether or not you are chosen as a pet's new owner.
1. Please name ALL of your accounts. Which account will the pet reside on?
2. Do you have your transfers free for that account for the current month or the next few?
3. Pick one permanent pet as an example of how the pet would be treated.
4. Why do you want to adopt the pet?
5. What plans or goals do you have for the pet?
6. Will the pet have a personality or backstory? If so, describe it a bit.
7. Can you say YES to all of the following statements?
-I understand I may not be chosen as the pet's new owner.
-I acknowledge that no payment of any sort will be made for the pet.
-I will never trade or adopt out the pet.
-I have read and agree to the Pledge of Good Ownership.
And that's all! Not too difficult, right?
Aniisah
Anii's Transformation:

He was adopted from the pound as a Starry Lupe long ago with the hopes of one day becoming a strong and proud Maraquan Draik.
On the 11th day of Hunting, Y12 that dream became a reality...

And finally he was his true self.
