Anifailo News Anifailo's in the BC next week! His Past Anifailo. A name that struck hatred and fear into the hearts of the people of Candail. Oh, sure they had reasons. But let Unta here, your average Candailian citizen, explain them. Oh, sure. Call the Beast "Anifailo." That mongrel hardly deserves a title at all, much less a name! See, the Beast were part of a family of flying elephants that were part of a circus. But it were too little to perform. So my little daughter Ahla and most of the other kiddos who had spotted it yelled for the ringmaster to get him to perform. Since my little girlie wanted it, I joined her. So did some other villagers. So he let the Beast out, but it flew up to the tall stand where we was sittin', but the little beastie pushed our wee-ones right out! They was in bed for weeks. It escaped and injured more peoples and we's been huntin' it ever sinces. And it hurts and kills many mores when we hunts it! Well, know that we've heard the Candailian side of things, let's hear Anifailo's side of the story. And I would listen to him, if you want the truth. Ug! The Candailians get it all wrong! So, every elephant who worked for my circus, The Creetrena Brother's Traveling Circus, had been brutally tormented. That was the act: "Watch a majestic creature be scared by this man!" If we misbehaved, though, we would be hurt more. No one talked to each other, so it was a horrible place to be. But if you were little, like I was, you wouldn't be touched. Still, it was unpleasant. I was watching the lion tamer's act from behind the curtain. But a cute little kid spotted me and pointed it out to her friends. Then they wanted to see me, so although I was too young, I was sent out. Then, when the performer lit his whip on fire and started lashing, I...I panicked and hurt some children.
