Hello there, and welcome to my application for Ampled, the beautiful shadow xweetok that has swept so many off their feet. It took a while for me to decide to apply for her,But do not fear, for when I apply it's because I've designed a personality and story that will ensure that the xweetok is roleplayed a lot.
My name is Spirit. I am a Roleplayer, a story teller and a maker of worlds. I am not your ordinary neopian that just feeds her pets and plays the games, but one whose imagination has soared to the limits and beyond of the world Neopets has given us to play in.
I hope you enjoy this application as a small look into how I see Neopets, how I play with my pets, and how rich a future a pet can possibly have when in the right hands.

A poem for Ampled
My sweet Ample,
Your mood can tell so much
Like when your happy, angry or sad
You gracefully pounce and play
I could play with you all day,
You are truly divine
Please become mine
Your tail swings with the Autumn leaves,
Your dance with the Summer breeze
I truly love you
And thats no lie
Why I want Ampled
I want Ample because I think she'd make a great Roleplay pet. She has a wonderful name, She'd be great to have as a pet. I would make an attempt at entering her in the BC.. But I have terrible luck at that. And I have always wanted a Faerie Xweetok or a Shadow Xweetok ^-^
Why I'd be a good owner
I think I'd be a good owner for Ample because I don't use my pets as trophy pets. I roleplay them all and draw them. I find them friends and make sure they have nice petpets. They always have nice lookups (unless, of course the HTML freaks out -_-) And they are cared for ^-^

Hello! I'm Spirit. I am 16 years old and I am addicted to my computer xD I have been on neo for about 4 years? Well I am addicted to music as well as the computer. I love artistic-ness and poetry as well. And there isn't all that much to know about me, really.
Petpet
I was wandering the forest one day, looking for anyone lost, when suddenly Is aw a glowing blob in the distance.
Curious, I went over, only to see a cute petpet...on fire!
Blinking, I approached, but teasingly it ran away, making a small humming noise.
I blinked again, then suddenly pounced on it,trying too put the fire out.
when I got a good look at it, I realized it was a Chocolate Kookith! Surprised I released it, and said, "Hello there... I'm Ampled!
The Kookith squeaked in response, standing about silently, almost pouting.
I laughed, and said, "come on, I know you have some sort of name!
Then suddenly I heard a voice inside my head, "I'm Coco".
I peered at the Chocolate Kookith, and said, "Was that you?
It nodded, and I laughed, "You can speak through minds?" Another nod, and I grinned.
So Coco stayed with me for a while, her being my petpet of sorts. She's a little trickster, but very loyal and loving. I wouldn't give her up for the world, with her I can find lost travellers easily, she flies very quickly and strangely has some small powers of illusions.

I suppose you'd be looking for the right owner for Ampled, then? Stop looking. Pick Spirit. I've known Spirit for, what, nearly 2 years? Because she is such an awesome and worthwhile person, I've maintained a strong friendship with her and all that jazz. Even on DA NEO, I can trust her with anything, Anything and everything. When I decide I don't want a pet anymore, I give he/she to her, because I know he/she will be in a good home.
So! Anyway, I suppose my real point is that Ampled would be very, very happy with Spirit. Apart from being a great and trustworthy friend, I know that she will be the best owner out there for your lovely Shadow Xweetok.

The sun was setting on the horizon. The campus was mosty empty, as the last students left. Ampled sat, her feet dangling off the side of the roof of the tallest building. Her tail swished idly behind her as the breeze ruffled her fur, which was tinged with the colors of the sunset. She was silent as she watched.
Kikirani looked around the empty hallways, searching for her friend. She knew Ample hadn't left yet, and the archery range had been empty. Shaking her head, she sighed as she walked up the stairs to the roof. As she opened the door, she broke into a grin, spotting her angel friend at once, seeming to glow with the light of the sun behind her.
Yo, daydreamer!" She called out as she walked over.
Ampled's ears swiveled back as she heard the door to the roof open. She frowned at first, wondering who had found her, but smiled as she heard Kiki's voice. She turned to her friend, "Finally found me?"
Kiki grinned back, "Yeah, you sneaky girl." She sat beside Ampled, sighing, "Almost made me think you didn't wanna see me!"
Ample chuckled, "I think that Agrivulting is pwnsomely grey! thats all" She replied, watching the sun touch the horizon. She picked up her cherry wood bow.
The cherub watched the sunset as well, but turned to her friend as Ample stood, "What are you going to do with that?" She asked curiously.
Ample just looked at the sun, as it descended, silence stretching for a few minutes. As the sun seemed about ready to disappear, she lifted her bow, an arrow of pure light energy forming as she drew the string back. As she let go with a twang, the shard of light sped up into an arch as the sun became a pinpoint of light. Then the arrow's light mixed with it, making it seem as if the sun was still visible.
Kiki watched in awed silence at her friend's ability, then grinned. /Holding back the last sunset./ She thought with a shake of her head. "So where will that arrow fall?" She asked finally.
Ample watched her arrow, and as it lost altitude and fell towards the ground, she waved her hand and the light disappeared. "It wont." She said simply, smiling as she sat again.
Heh..." Kiki was amazed at her friend's control over her projectiles even at such a distance. "So... what now? Your dad has your Flight picked out, doesn't he?"
Ample scowled, "He does, although I asked him not to show favoritism." She replied. "But he says he always chooses for the best of the institute, and I can't say anything against "that".
Kiki sighed, her tail flickering in slight envy of her companion. "Well I wouldn't mind... I've got to wait till the lists come out... Why don't you ask him to put me in your Run?" She said hopefully.
Ampled glared at her friend, "You know I wouldn't want to abuse my influence that way..."
Kiki winced, and looked away, "I know... but it'd be fun if we could keep seeing each other after this... and we make a good team!"
Ample sighed, "I'm sorry, you're right of course, and knowing dad, he just may have already done that for us anyways." She said with a wry grin.
The cherub laughed, "Well then, no problem!"
Ampled shook her head. "I'm not entering the Run at once... not if I can get away with it... I'm going to ask father if I can take a year off, go travel Neopia, before I enroll.
Kikirani blinked in surprise, "What? Why? I thought you really wanted to be in a Run!"
Ample nodded, "Yeah, well, I just wanna get away for a while... relax and not have to do things for others, and get maybe some real experience in the deal.
Kiki nodded, "I see... makes me think of the Dark-Angel peregrination."
Ample shot her friend a look. "Those are five years with wings, and no memory. Completely different." She said sternly, as if scandalized by the thought of comparing the two situations. "And you know the Gem chooses.
Kiki lifted her arms in mock defense, "Joking!! Joking, geeze!" She laughed, "It'd be cool though, don't you think? We *are* missing one candidate..."
Ample didn't look like she agreed. "That'd be more responsibility, and it means giving up the possibility of love..." Her voice became soft at this. She hadn't had any infatuation at school, she hadn't permitted herself the time to fall in love.
Kiki sighed and looked at the dwindling colors of the sunset. "Well, maybe I could go with you then, I doubt General Sorath would let you go alone anyways."
Ample scowled again, but knew it was probably true. "You'd go with me? And not join? Isn't it your dream as well?"
She shrugged, "I don't mind. Besides, I like hanging around with you anyways." She grinned at Ampled.
Ample laughed, "True. I'll ask father then, we'd best head back before it gets any darker.
Kikirani nodded as she stood, "Yep..."
