I've designed this page in an effort
to give assistance by listing many helpful sites.

I do NOT design layouts for others upon their request.
It's just too time consuming to design layouts!
On occassion,
I have offered to design a layout or two for my neofriends.

but as a gift to them as I've desired to do so.
