My name is Akishiro and I'm a really cute baby kougra. I'm 40674 hours old and still growing! My owner, seferet, was nice enough to have the fountain faerie bless me into this color the moment I was born, and I'm really happy because of it. My birthday is on the 22nd day in the month of relaxing. What makes me so special you may ask... well physically, it's my beautiful paws, warm fur, cute ears and sparkling white teeth. However, it's my charming, friendly and playful personality that many people come to like about me.

I may not be my owner's active pet, but he cares for me a lot. In fact, even though it's Reidrich who often gets to read so many books, taste gourmet foods, or participate in the battledome, it's me who my owner trusts to manage our shop and gallery. Also, I'm in charge with anything my owner wants me to list down in my pet page for functional purposes, such as his avatars, goals, wishlist, and a mini adoption center for some of my fellow pets that my owner wishes to give a nice new home and owner to.

Pretty grown up for only a baby pet eh? I love being busy.

I have my very own petpet! Akiko is native to the very place where kougras have been known to have migrated from - Mystery Island.

While a lot of people would find it strange that a feline being such as myself would have a tiny mouse for a petpet, it's not really that bizarre at all. We have a lot of things in common, such as being playful and energetic. The two of us are also quite small in appearance but can do a lot of things. I even managed to teach Akiko a few cute tricks and all it took was a bit of patience. He's quite a fast-learner.

My owner says that we look alike, but I don't quite get the resemblance between Akiko and me that he is talking about... hmmm....

Unfortunately, not all of my owner's pets can be taken care of and given attention by him. This would include the brave (and sometimes unwilling) pets that get zapped by the lab ray constantly. Which is why we have decided to look for kind and loving people looking for a nice pet and willing to give them a good home. The best way for us to ensure that this would be the case though, is to enforce some rules and requirements. This would at least give us a small bit of reassurance that the new owner would be active and suitable.

The Requirements:

Have 150+ Avatars
Have 3 pets or less on the adopting account that are in good condition
5 trophies (any)
Account must be 7 Months or older
Adopting account must be the main account
Painted avatar pets can only be adopted by fellow guild members that are ranked "Game" or higher

The Rules and How to Adopt

If you wish to adopt any of the pets listed below, neomail seferet with an essay of not less than 100 words on which pet you would like to adopt and the reason why. Please use proper english when submitting your application. Be clear, paitent, and polite. The owner reserves the right to reject any application he feels not suitable or meets the requirements. There will be No bribes, begging, or offering to trade a pet for items/neopoints that will be tolerated. It is that against the Neopets Terms & Conditions, and anyone who is seen doing this will be reported! Recycling of applications for multiple pets will not be accepted. Lastly, to ensure that this terms and conditions have been read properly, it is required that the subject for the neomail applications is "Akishiro".

Nefelritou was born on Cybunny Day and is said to be playful and outgoing. She enjoys the grassy outdoors and would like an owner that enjoys exploring as well. She likes to eat strawberry flavoured foods and the occasional sweets like chocolate and candies. She often makes new friends, which is quite easy with her charming looks and cute appeal. People would often say she is quite lucky, but she denies ever being so. Her impatience and curiosity is her downside.

Oh no! A really horrible Random Event caused Seferet to turn from desert to invisible. Since my owner, Kiyo, needs to repaint Seferet, he's considering painting with a different colour from before. In order for him to help decide and stall for some time while he's earning neopoints for the paintbrush to be used, we felt a Survival Poll game would be an interesting and fun way to spend time rating pets while getting opinions on what should Seferet's next colour should be.

What's a survival poll game? Well unlike a regular poll wherein people vote for which is the best and the votes are tallied with the most votes winning, the survival poll gives the choices/entries 30 points at the start. Then people will then vote to either add points or remove points from the entries. Once a choice/entry has 0 or less points, it is eliminated. The poll ends once all but one choice/entry has been eliminated. In exchange for voting, my owner will rate and critique one of your own pet of choice.

With the explanation out of the way, it's time for the more specific rules...

1)To play, you have to cast a vote to give 2 choices/entries either two more (++) or two fewer (--) points.
2)You can vote multiple times but your post must be at least an hour apart from the previous vote everytime. Otherwise, it won't be considered.
3)Your post must contain your choice for the 2 different entries and the pet you want to be rated.
4)Once half of the choices/entries are gone or eliminated, you can only add one (+) point but can still remove 2 (--) points. This is so the game won't last forever.
5)If you managed to deal the finishing vote to an entry, my owner will rate or critique 2 of your pets of your choosing instead of just one.
6)It may be obvious but since some people still make that mistake, you can't vote an entry that's already been eliminated. That's the point of this entire thing in the first place. Check the latest standing I give every other vote.
7)The maximum amount of + votes you can give for each entry per day is 2 (so two votes with at least a gap of one hour each +2 & +2). Any other votes within that day should be for other entries
