. I'm still relatively new so please forgive any mistakes or mishaps.

What exactly... is this?
Well, this page will one day, eventually be filled with graphics that I make for people who REQUEST THEM. So basically, its like a page full of examples of graphics that I've made for other people that you can come and look at if you want to request something from me. :)

Why not just make a normal graphics page?
I wanted to start a graphics site but I didn't want to do the whole 'premades' thing because I hate coding. But this gives you the opportunity to have whatever you wish, so really, its a bonus.

What do you make?
I mostly only accept small graphic requests:
- Banners for the top of pet lookups/pages/user lookups/shops/etc
- Buttons for your own graphic site
- You may have an image of a pet that you want me to spiffy up for their lookup
- Want fanart for a pet your applying for?
- Avatars
- Shop Blogs
- Etc, etc

So....
I CAN make bigger graphics:
- Guild Layouts
- User lookups
- Pet Pages
- Etc, etc

But I CANNOT CODE THESE.

Why can't you code?
I'm an amateur coder, and it'll probably take me about an hour to make a large graphic, and six (more even) hours coding with neopets' new coding rules and what have you. Shop blogs are fine, as well as petpages if they only have one textbox but anymore and I won't do it.

What is TC?
TC is short for Tian Cai which is abbreviated from 天才 what I like to call myself. Babelfish is your friend.

Rules

2. Neo and non-neo related is fine. Just be more specific in the images you want for non-neo related
3. I DO NOT CODE. So you will need HTML knowledge if you want to request a layout
4. If you are requesting a layout, I want EVIDENCE that you can code; I do not want you stealing other peoples codes for my graphics. .___.
5. DO NOT REMOVE OR CLAIM CREDIT FOR THE GRAPHICS. And yes, I'll know as well.
6. Do not take other peoples requests please :/
7. I have the right to refuse, if I do, don't take it personally.
10. I procrastinate, a lot. Don't expect right away. :) Feel free to nagg me after a week or so if I still haven't gotten it done. Seriously, nagg me until I get your graphic done because I'm a stubborn mule.
