1. Open Notepad

2. Copy this:
div.ban,div#ban_spacer.show,div.bottomban,div#bottomban,div.noscript,div#noscript { display: none !important; }

3. Paste into Notepad

4. Save it as neopets.css (MUST BE .CSS)

5. Open IE.

6. Go to Tools/Internet Options

7. Click on "Accessibility

8. Check "Format doc uments using my style sheet

9. Click "Browse

10. Pick Neopets.css

11. Press "OK", then "RESTART browser" if you are prompted to do so.

NOTE: This will only affect neopets (and only get rid of the top banner ads), not other sites.




Mozilla Firefox

1. Download and install Firefox if you haven't already. (download at www.mozilla.com)

2. Download and install AdBlock. (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/10/)

3. Download and install Adblock Filterset.G Updater. (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1136/)

4. Restart Firefox.

Opera

Opera 9 has an ad blocker, so no new software is needed.
To block an ad (either an image or flash animation):

1. Right-click an empty spot on the page and choose Block content.

2. Click the banners which you want to block.
