Show me ya dosh.First, let me introduce myself. I'm a long-time Neopets player, and by no means am I good at the various NP collecting schemes people cook up and advertise in their guides. I browse different pages and read all kinds of guides, but I never came across one that was a good, comprehensive list of resources you can use to get a full-bodied method of rakin in the cash. This probably won't be a very good one either, but in any case I'm going to show you the resources I use to improve my cash flow, while doling out some sound advice. Accept that you won't be rich over night. This one is challenging for everyone. It was challenging for me as well when I first started playing (at age 11 no less). But the fact of the matter is, you're going to have spend a lot of time doing a lot of things to get a good bulk of NP. So how does one "rake in the dosh" so to speak. It's actually pretty simple; I break it down to a 3-part mantra: Games, Stocks, and Dailies. 1) Do your dailies. 2) Invest in stocks. 3) Play games with high ratios. Oh, and also, don't cheat cause you'll have your tush frozen and all the work you put in will be flushed down the loo. The best of us have cheated (myself included) but once you realize you don't need to cheat, it becomes easy to avoid the temptation. 1) Do DailiesAll right, so here are my various resources:Jubbyjubjack's Guide to Neopia. This is by far the best dailies guide I've ever seen. Use it every day, play some of the games recommended and you'll be in a good position for the day. Allumiya's Attic Guide. Good explanation of the attic, with useful links. Attic timer tool. A nifty timer for attic restocks. Soroptimist. Good for browsing to see if you can find something you like. A huge list of all kinds of stuff. Hidden NP. Click around for hidden NP. So that's a lot of stuff to read. Yes indeed it is. But playing on Neopets is a game of patience, so it'll be to your benefit if you do skim over that stuff a bit. It's not all stuff related to dailies, but you may find something you like to do for fun in there that can also be profitable. 2) Invest in StocksMy personal stock market guide, compiled through reading other guidesk such as these (one, two, three):It's extremely simple. Click here to visit the stock market. Click through the buttons on the page and familiarize yourself with what's going on. If you need help, use the message board. 1. Buy your stocks at 15-17 NP. To see the "bargain stocks list" paste &bargain=true after the stock market link. 2. Buy 1,000 shares every day. 3. Buy different stocks to widen variety, instead of buying stocks only in one or two companies. 4. Always sell for a profit, never sell in the red. 5. Try to sell at 30-34 for a 100% profit. If you invest thousands of NP every day, you can make millions over the course of months. Build up your portfolio and sell when your stocks double. If you feel comfortable selling even higher, I say go for it. The more profit, the better. 3) Play High-Ratio GamesOff-site resources. Ever get frustrated by "100k" or "50k" NP guides that are just a bunch of links to random games as if you couldn't just waltz into the game room and pick them out yourself? Luckily, Sunnyneo has the solution to your frustration with their High-Ratio Games List.To find the list, go to Sunnyneo[dot]com. In the search bar, type top ratio. Under "(1) pages found" click "show pages," then click "visit: Top Ratio Games." On the page is an enormous list of games you can play that have high point-to-NP ratios in which you can make loads of cash over the course of the day if you take the time to play them. This list is vital to me personally because I hate playing games, especially looking for high-ratio games. Sunnyneo is also a great site for all kinds of things, so I would recommend browsing it as well. Low-Frustration Game List. Aka, the list of games that make me want to toss my laptop across my room the least. Kass Basher: 782 points = 1000NP Catch the Petpet: 700 points = 489NP Big Time Rush Crowd Control: 1 round = ~600NP Fashion Fever: 1 round = 300NP + 100NP per card sent Wrath of the Snowager: 100,000 points = 1000NP Darigan Dodgeball: 3334 points = 1000NP Tunnel Tumbler: 3031 points = 1000NP Mop 'n Bop: 1361 points = 1000NP Neopian Battlefield Legends: 50,000 points = 1000NP For more games, visit Sunnyneo as directed above. This is just a list of the games I play daily. I'm usually able to get around 20,000NP to put toward stocks and my bank account (or collecting purposes). That's all I can personally handle on a daily basis, but like I said, visit Sunnyneo for a larger list. Send your heckling, commments, questions or requests.Because we both know you're dying to tell me how you feel.If there's a chance you want to link back to me, feel free. |
