How to Submit Pet(s) to the Agency

To list your pets, you need to fill out the form correctly!

You must include the following information:

Subject line: Should be ^« List/Remove Pets in Agency ^» (List if listing, Remove if removing, List/Remove if doing both)
Username (That you wish to be contacted on)
Pet name (Capitalized or uncapitalized, true to the way the pet name actually is)
Color (If missing typical clothing, must specify)
Species (We only accept basics if they are a LE species or are RN/RW)
Requirements (What people must do to properly apply for pet)
All the pets you have at that time UFA (Do not use multiple NMs unless absolutely necessary)

Form to submit your pet: Change what is in parenthesis
