M'kay, I'm not gonna focus on anatomy because that's sort of what that old redline was. Your color choices for shading are good but you're treating the areas shaded as if they're 2D. By that I mean for example the exact middle of the leg is shaded without respect for the curves of the body. The knees are like spheres, the leggy part like cylinders, etc. This is mostly on the peo legs but also on the lupe paws/wrists and the lupe and black peo head.

Black Peo- The neck is a little narrow where it meets the head. I feel like the lineart on the knees is restricting you. Either add detail lines to the knee or make it so they're not solid outlines. Or better, both. Also having a little big of the lower leg shown on the right (its left) leg would go a long way because it's not directly facing the viewer. I like the shading on the chest.

Lupe- you're over detailing the shading on the toes. you've got the right idea but think of them more as a solid foot identity before individual toes. The front of a dog's face is a little flat, so on his chin the shading would more naturally look squarish, same with the forehead. I think if the tail were shown, even if only a little, it'd look a lot more perspectivey. On the hind paw it looks as if the foot is connected to the upper leg and there is no lower leg because of the lineart of the foot on the left side. Also I don't think you should have that line between the behind and the back of the hind leg. It's making it appear like it has a huge behind or something. More highlights on the top of the right (its left) foreleg.

White Peo- I really like the shading on the face and that V shape on it's chest. I mentioned the shading on the legs in the first paragraph. The mane looks nice too.

Background – the grass looks very flat because the colors in the foreground are the same as in the background. Not saying there shouldn't be highlights and shadows everywhere, just not now it's making them lose the great perspective you had in the initial sketch. And I really like the sky.

Also what program are you using? If photoshop I can give you some tips, I don't know any others well enough to. And I'd be happy to redline shading if that wasn't clear enough.
