You walk up to a large tank, seemingly empty. You are entranced by the sea-life in the odd aquarium, and don't notice the giant, amphibious, magical, toothy shark behind you, peering over your shoulder with a sharp grin on her face.

My computer that I use to draw on (the one with photoshop, correl paint, and my tablet) is broke, and since it kicked the virtual bucket, my croaking CPU needs thermal paste... Unfortunately I have no time to run out to the store to get any, so I'm out of business for a while. :( I'm not leaving, so don't worry. I'm really sorry Mia. OAO You requested in freaking JUNE and it got erased. ;_;

Anyway, I'm not going to be able to fill in requests as well, as now I have GIMP to deal with. ;n; Sowwy.

Pedestal

You walk up to a strange pedestal. You look at it a moment before realizing it's written in Maraquan! Aren't you glad you're multi-lingual? :)

..."OK, sharkys_arts, you probably wanna know what Sharky's Art is. Well, as you can tell, this is an art site! Duh, right? But, something that may interest you is that this is an art REQUEST site! Now, before you go rarin' to go and ask me "Sharky, pleaaaase make me ___", there are guidelines and rules you have to follow! Now, one thing I'll put both here, and in the rules is this: I ONLY draw cats, scenery, and make cute wittle chibis. If you want PEOPLE, and by people I mean the people that are anatomically correct, you're out of luck, sorry. :( That goes for anthro things as well. Feel free to request human-like chibis though. :3 "

You stand there pondering a moment, pondering the meaning of the foreign letters. You look up at the tank and raise your hand in a pointing position. As you bring it closer, a suspenseful violin refrain plays in the back of your mind.
You suddenly feel a damp flipper on your shoulder. You freeze up, and turn your head to find a large aquatic creature staring down at you, opening its jaws as if you eat you whole! You close your eyes, thinking about how dumb a way to die this is. You open your eyes as the shark begins to speak, "Don't tap the glass, please.

Rules

You see a large sign that looks like the pedestal next to Sharky's tank. It must be important! On it, it reads:
..."OK, so as I mentioned earlier, I ONLY draw cats, scenery, and little chibis. If you want PEOPLE with good anatomy, you're out of luck. Feel free to NM me if you want something odd, that's not human-like though, and I'll see what I can do. ^_^ "

NO Stealing. Anyone who does this will be asked nicely ONCE, then reported if they do not respond in the correct manner. If the theft is extreme, I won't even ask, so just don't do it. Say "John" somewhere in the request, so I know you read the rules.

You MUST credit me in some way, shape, or form. If there is already a mark on the image that says I made it, you don't have to. ANY kind of link back is fine, whether it's button, or text.

You must obey these rules, or your request will not be taken! You will have to start over, or wait to re-request. :( Say Karkat instead of John.

NO n00b or 1337-speaking, disrespectfulness, or negative things in your requests. I work as fast as I can, while still doing my best, and I DO have a life that's a bit crazy right now! (And unfortunately, things aren't brightening up anytime soon.. :( )

You take a look at Sharky's tank again. You especially like the coral and seaweed, though the anemone looks a bit odd! You gaze intently as Sharky quickly makes a tweak to one of the many artworks in her gallery.

I'm currently doing a complete and total SWEEP of my affiliates and listers, as well as my own linkback buttons. By sweep of my affies and listers, I just mean getting rid of the closed ones and fixing bad links. ^_^ I'm not removing them all for no good reason. xD

November 26: Chibi sample is now up. :) Sorry for the wait-I had to finish him. ^^ I'll be done with your requests soon, but I'll have to get my clipboard and drawing pencil from the lost and found at my church for them. (Grrrr. I left them ON TOP of the lost and found shelf to play with a cucumber my friend found)

November 21: Who loves the layout? :D I hope you all like it as much as I do. x3 I worked really hard to transfer everything and trace this bad boy. @A@ Bedazzled is the BEST place to get editable layouts. ^_^ They're fairly easy to muck with, although they are definitely time-consuming to make. I owe Monkey like my first-born child right now. xD Thank you so much for having such wonderful layout-making abilities!!
