We Hate The NEW YYB!

Yes, I realise right now pretty much everyone hates the new YYB. They have good reason. Lefties and the disabled can't even play. Would it be so much to ask for a choice between Classic and new YYB? No. No it would not. But a petition won't solve anything. and neither will just simply complaining on the boards. Remember the converted pets? Nobody liked those either, and everyone complained, and they just magically went away, right? Of course they didn't.
So these are the users who've finally taken a stand. "Enough is enough!" we say. We've boycotted YYB, though many of us still play the side games, since we all want to support our team. Maybe as the list grows, TNT will do something about YYB. I'm sure they expeted a backlash. But I bet they didn't expect this.

UPDATE: Hey all! Me and my friend Rachael (my fb-counterpart) are going on a camping trip today. We'll be gone for 4 days, and I won't be able to come online to check up on the cause. My neomail inbox has been cleaned out, so it is still open for any new boycotters. Just know I won't be on to update the list for awhile. I would love it if people could continue making boards while I'm gone, but if that doesn't happen that's fine, I'll try to make up for lost time when I'm back

Q: Why should I boycott YYB?
A: Tons of us don't like the new YYB. In fact, most of us don't. But TNT could less than care what we think. The new YYB works out perfectly for them:

  • TNT now gets to advertise their most popular game as "New and Improved!"
  • The rants give the AC board tons of traffic, which is something they can show to sponsors. More traffic on their site means more money for them.
  • Anyone who 'leaves in protest' will probably come back in a year or so. but if they self-froze, they'll get a new account. but both the frozen account AND the new account are counted, meanng Neopets users and pet numbers will go up.
Do you think they'll give up those advantages just because we don't like it? They wouldn't do it for the rants about converted pets, or the NC mall, or the new navigation setup. Why would they do it for this? This is an instance where drastic action is neccessary.

A: Neomail me! I'm on once every few days, and I'll be updating this site periodically.

Q: I'd love to boycott, but I want to support my team!
A: That's what the other three games are for :D It's only YYB we have a problem with, I'm no suggesting you need to skip the AC.
