Me and my mother had playfully jumped about around the clifftop. She was so great. I had to jump upon her tail but she moved it and I slid across the smooth rock and right off it. I saw that my mother had jumped after me. I screamed in fear as I was falling through the air, I could see my mother but she was far away and I wasn't sure if she could hear my cries. My fall was cusioned by a very leafy bush and I hid in it for hours knowing it would be better to wait for my mother to find me but she never came. I had whimpered whined, cried and called for her still not mother to the rescue. I had a rough life from then on.

I remember I had fell asleep first and woke up the next morning. I had found my way to a river, alas it was outside a cave yet I was so thirsty I didn't hold back. I had recently been weaned anyway so I wasn't thinking about milk. Next was to find my breakfast but my mother used to get me it and I didn't know how to hunt, she had promised me that she would start teaching me today but she wasn't here. I wandered and crawled into what I believed was a little cave but no, it had sleeping rabbits. I took the plump one since I hadn't had supper either so I was really hungry! I then had a snooze by the water's edge.

Big mistake! I woke up tobe inside some female mouth she look alot like my other but she smelt different and she didn't have my mother warm feathery wings which she would of stroked me with. "Mama, mama help me! MAMA!" I screamed and screeched. The female bit into me and I screeched and obeyed the obvious order to be silent as she then losened so she wasn't hurting me anymore. It turned out she was there to look after me! I took the offer but I found the 'looking after' had only lasted 2 months and it wasn't even enonomy class either! She hardly fed me and I had to sleep outside of her warm cosy cave. I wanted my mum so much and I swore to find her from then on.
