Hello! Welcome to Eccentric Flare: A Review Site. I was looking around for a review site that would actually give the harsh criticism I wanted. I managed to find a few but it wasn't enough, so I decided to start my own. Here, you will only find the truth. Can't stand criticism? Maybe you should leave. Interested? Keep reading!

Rock Star Hearts

Site Name/Layout: 10/20 Your layout loaded very quickly! :]The image of your layout is too dark and a bit plain. It kinda fades into the background and is a bit blurry so it's difficult to see. And the right table is lower than the other, leaving a big blank space. The tables are too big and I'm not sure where to focus. You made the layout and coded it yourself though! I like how you did your site name! :] Maybe you should cut out the edges instead of making it just a rectangle.
Coding:9/15 Yay, you have your own CSS! Your headers are a bit plain though and again about your tables being too big. Also, it's difficult to read the font on the dark gray side.
Neatness/Navigation: 5/10 Very neat and centered. :) You have no naviation though. And the scroll boxes are a bit too thin and too wide. It's difficult to look at your content.
Content/Quality: 16/30 Firstly, I think you should add some previews for your userlookups. People are usually too lazy to test it out and won't ever know how awesome your layouts are. I love them all, but there's this blank spot on the right on all of them. I like how the words on your Flyleaf lookup are animated. :] On to your blends! Nicely blended but some have great quality and some do not. Compare these:

Your Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez blends have too much color. Same with your icons, some are blurry and have too much gradient. I love all your animated icons! Especially the Twilight one. I love Twilight, but then again, who doesn't? :] You made your own backgrounds which is great! Hardly anyone makes their own. For the pngs and signs, I think you should reduce the previews in size like your blends. You should add more pngs! You have a good amount of nice content. :)
Uniqueness: 6/10 You are original, especially with your blends. You don't use all the regular people. I've never seen a "Cool Websites" section before. :]
Update Consistency: 6/10 You update, but could update more.

Misc: 0/0 The images with a link has a border around it and you should add border="0" to the code to remove it.

Site Name/Layout: 11/20 Firstly, I love your site name! Very catchy. :] I like the colors of your layout! But there is too much texture on the image and it makes it look blurry and faded. I think you should erase the edges so it's not just a rectangle. The two hearts are very cute! I think your tables are weirdly placed and too spaced out. The thinner one doesn't look right where it is.
Coding: 5/15 points You did not code some parts of the layout yourself, so I had to remove points for that. Your headers are very cute but a bit plain.
Neatness/Navigation: 8/10 No navigation but your site is very neat so it was hardly necessary! I had no problem at all with your site!
Content/Quality: 14/30 Some of your blends aren't very well blended. I can still see the lines. Like the Ashley Tisdale one. And the Emmy Rossum one looks like it could be blended a bit more. They're kind of plain so you should add more image effects to them. Your icons are all different sizes. You should resize them to the standard 100x100. I like your uncoded site layouts, especially the Leighton Meester one. :] But you should code them and add more! And they're a little plain so you should add more effects. For your userlookups, I can't see the images because they are in png format, so maybe save those in the highest quality jpeg you can. Overall, you content has great quality but you don't have a lot. You should add more layouts and code them!
Uniqueness: 5/10 Your Leighton Meester and Ashley Tisdale layouts are original. But the stripes on the blends look like the ones on another site.
Update Consistency:4/10 You have no updates section, but you talk about updates in your blog. I personally don't like to look through a blog for recent updates. I have no idea how often you update though.

Summary:Your score is 52/100! You have a nice site!! Great quality! I think the biggest problem is that you need more content! But you're very good to go :]

Site Name/Layout: 17/20 Wow, I can already tell it's going to be difficult trying to find a flaw in your site! :] Awesome layout, the quality is amazing and it's blended well. But it's a bit plain, you should add some effects and brushes to it. The text is plain also. I think the tables are too big.
Coding: 12/15 Your coding is great and it's yours! I love the right headers, but the left headers are a little plain. I can easily see the text which is good.
Neatness/Navigation: 8/10 You have a navigation, and your site is super-neat! The only problem I have is that the tables are too big.
Content/Quality: 23/30 You have a lot of content, all in great quality! Your blends are blended well, but they're a bit plain. Most of them have just a colored background and nothing else. Maybe you should add some textures to them. The color bubbles you used are too bright also. Your icons are also lack effects and they look plain. I love your "Other" icons, you should add more! Your guild layouts are amazing! But I don't like how the left table is still peeking out from under the image. Your Selena Gomez layout is awesome, but with the stripes just stopping at the image looks weird. I love your petpage layouts, but again, they could use some effects. Also, add more buttons! Your brushes are adorable and one of a kind!
Uniqueness: 7/10 A lot of your content are very unique, if I see someone using your graphics I can instantly tell that you made it without looking at credits! Your blends are all you!
Update Consistency: 7/10 You have an updates section, and update from time to time.

Site Name/Layout:5/20 First of all, I don't think any site name should have the word graphics at the end of it. I wouldn't really want to click on it. When I first look at your layout, it looks messy. I like the picture and all, but I don't think it should repeat as a background like that. It looks crammed. Then when I look at the credits, it says the layout is from Control Freak. ??? Who made what?? So I'm guessing the CSS is from Control Freak and the image is yours. Or is it? Check misc below for further explanation.
Coding: 5/15 Layout wasn't coded by you. But you did code your lookups and petpages. I think.
Neatness/Navigation: 3/10 You have no navigation and your layout's not very neat. The tables are way too big, and your background still bothers me.
Content/Quality: 9/30 Your lookups are cute, but they're kinda plain. It's mostly just text and a background. You should add some more brushes and effects. The way your icons and their textboxes are set up is very confusing. Your textbox codes should be placed like your icons too, without a break in between each one and set the width to 100px. Your icons are cute, but some of them look VERY familiar, especially the Kiki one. Your blends are nice but they are too plain.You should add some textures and brushes to them. You should make sure your credits is on the blend. The one banner you have is...really creepy. No offense. And it also needs some effects. But you should add some more. your CSS layouts are cute, but did you make the background and the image? You have a low amount of quantity, you should add more!

Misc: 0/0 Your one credit is very lonely and confusing. You should credit where you got all your images and resources from. Or people might think you are stealing at first glance(cough, me). Also, your graphics have a link border around them. You should add border="0" to the code to remove it. This doesn't really have to do with your site but if you remember the rules, my button must be placed on your site at all times.
Summary: Your total score is 38/100. Your site is just beginner, but don't worry! Almost everyone starts at that point! One of the most important things are to have your own layout and CSS. And credit! As you can see, I got really suspicious. And you don't have much content, so add more!

disney animations & more

Site Name/Layout: 6/20 Whoa, your site takes a seriously long time to load. But maybe that's just my computer :] Your image is so bright, I even went as far as putting my sunglasses on. Haha :] Your images is kinda plain but it's cute. Firstly, your layout is just way too big, I have no idea where to look. Maybe you should also consider seperating your graphics to a different page. Also, even though you can hardly see the background, you should never use an image background if you already have a main picture.I don't like how it's three columns, it just looks messy.
Coding: 6/15 You got some of your coding by other sites and it's very plain. Your "headers" are cute but they don't match the table background or aren't at least extended to the width of the tables. You didn't really code your lookups either.
Neatness/Navigation: 2/10 You have a very unique navigation. But your site is a mess. The tables are too big and things are everywhere. you should organize your graphics, awards, affies and such into boxes. Your text is too big also and I had to scroll way down.
Content/Quality: 16/30 Wow, your animations have the best quality I have ever seen!! It's not pixely, slow or anything! I like how they're all roughly the same size! They're just great!! Your userlookups are cute but again, you should never put together an imaged background if you have a main image. The last one's image is too stretched out and big. Overall, you don't have much variety in content but it is an animations site. You don't have much quantity either, maybe you should add some petpage layouts.

Site Name/Layout: 11/20 Your layout takes forever to load. But I like it! Especially the texture overlay. But it makes it kinda blurry looking and faded. And it's a bit plain so you should add some brushes and effects to it.
Coding: 8/15 I have no idea wheter you have your own CSS or not because you have no credits. So I'll just assume you did. Your coding is very plain. You should add something to the headers, and table should have a colored background instead of being transparent. It makes your site look messy.
Neatness/Navigation: 7/10 Neat, and you have a navigation! And again about your tables being transparent, it makes your site look messy. Your scrollboxes are a bit too big and they just look like they're everywhere.
Content/Quality: 16/30 Starting with your icons, they are all different sizes. You should resize them to the standard size of 100x100 px. Also, they're kinda plain, you should add more effects to them. Your layouts are cute, but they aren't blended very well. The edges are erased weird and your images are plain. Those red scratches on the Legally Blonde one and Little Mermaid one look very weird also. It looks like a little kid scribbled all over it like they scribble on walls. The animated Avril Lavigne one looks cool. :] The color bubbles on your first blend are blocking the person's face, you should make them lighter. The rest are cute, but you should add text and effects cause they look dull. Cute guild layouts, but they take awhile to load and I kinda gave up! You should add more!! The circles on your Avril layout have some white bits on there, you should remove that. Your content kinda jpg-ish, you should save them in png format.
Uniqueness: 5/10 You are pretty original by not using the reqular old people

Site Name/Layout: 9/20 Your layout is cute and simple! But it's just text and some pictures, and it's kinda...boring. I don't like how I have to scroll to the right to see the whole layout. I think you should move the navigation under the image. I really like the color scheme:}
Coding: 10/15 Your CSS is very cute!! And it's yours! Again, love the colors and the navigation! Your headers are cute but they could be improved.
Neatness/Navigation: 7/10 Wow! So neat! And you have a navigation that works perfectly :} I think your text is too spaced out though. And about scrolling to the right, I don't like doing that.
Content/Quality: 16/30 Cute CSS petpage layouts, but they're kinda dull. It's nothing I've never seen before. Your icons are plain and they're different sizes. You should resize them to the standard 100x100px. You shouldn't redistribute icons and textures, especially not textures. Your signs are pretty but I think the the text is plain. This one is clever, but it's plain:

I love your backgrounds, they're adorable! The ones at the bottom aren't as great though. And your horizontal rules are awesome! You have a variety of great content! :]

Site Name/Layout: 15/20 That's an AWESOME site layout!! :] I love how you put the texture over the image and it looks like its embedded in the background! But it makes the image looka bit faded. I think you should add some brushes and spice up the text a little though.
Coding: 9/15 You have your own CSS! :] The headers are cute but I think you could do more with them
Neatness/Navigation: 8/10 So very neat! And you have a navigation! I have a problem with your scroll bar though, I can't see the scroll bar face so it's hard to...scroll. Haha :]
Content/Quality: 22/30 You have amazing content. The Lyrics CSS is very original! But I think your coding is a bit plain. I can't see the lookups on Internet Explorer. But judging from the previews, they look pretty great. The first one has too many color bubbles though. I would limit to one or two colors only. Love your petpages, especially the last one!! Again, your CSS is kinda plain though. I use a different color for the tables instead of having it the same as your background. I like the blends with the textures of them, especially the first and last. And Chace Crawford!! The texture is overlapping his face, you should erase those parts. The rest of them are plain, I would like to see some textures, brushes and text to them. You have GIMP tutorials! I hardly see any site with those! Overall, lots of awesome content in fantastic quality. :]

Site Name/Layout: 1/20 You didn't make the layout.
Coding: 1/15 You didn't code the layout and you don't have any lookups or petpages.
Neatness/Navigation: 5/10 Super neat! And you have a navigation! But that's part of the layout.
Content/Quality: 7/30 Nice icons, but some of them are plain. You also shouldn't seperate the pixalated icons into a diff. section. I don't really like the pixelated icons, the pictures are blurry. The "forever" one is cute! :] You should reduce the size of your textboxes, it makes the site look messy. The blank buttons are cute! You should add more. For the blends with the pixels, you should have reduced the opacity of the pixels more. Some of them are too plain, like the first one. The last one is cute. :] Your signs are plain. You should add some effects to them cause they're really just images and text. I don't really like the colors you chose for your color palletes. I would never use bright colors like the lighter blue and magenta.
Overall, you don't have much content. and your graphics are pixely so you should save them in png. format. You should also add some site layouts and lookups. Uniqueness: 2/10 Not very much, I've seen it all before.
Update Consistency:8/10 You update a lot. I think you should delete some updates though, there's so many! Keep the latest 5.

Site Name/Layout: 15/20 Oh. he's hot. Who is he? Haha :] Great layout!! I love it! I've never seen anything like it. I think you should have a colored background though.

Content/Quality: 15/30 Cute blends but some of them are a bit plain. Holy crap!! Your "randoms" are... well. I looked at the first one, got a heart attack and was afraid to keep looking. Those are scary! It's cool how you did it though. For your last three icons, you resize them to the standard 100x100 px. I would also add more! You shouldn't redistribute other people's graphics. :[ Your guild layouts are nice...but I don't really like them, I don't know why. Your layouts are cute! The last one is very clever :] And I love the "P.S I Love You" one! The coding could use a bit more work though. You have a nice amount of content!

Site Name/Layout: 5/20 Your layout is just a blend, and it's not blended very well. There's no text, effects or brushes. You should put in your site name!
Coding: 6/15 Your coding is pretty plain, you should do more with your headers. And your nav is too spaced out.
Neatness/Navigation: 5/10 Again, your nav is too spaced out. Neat, but you should make your scroll boxes bigger, it's hard to scroll with such a tiny space.

Your PSDs aren't cut out very well. You have only one animation and it's too fast! Your icons are just pictures! Add effects and text! Same with your blends!
