Precious Dreams was started April 9th, 2008, by Gabriella as Gabby's Graphics, with the simple dream of having 250 icons available for any and all Neopians to use. Since then, the name was changed to Precious Dreams and Gabriella's close neofriend, Panda, joined the staff. The goal of 250 graphics was completed, followed by a goal of 500, also completed. She put me on her wall of shame as well (I am not considering this an offence, just noting it). Maybe I was rude back? I don't think so, but she did, and I've apologized for any offence I did her.
