Hello, there! The name's 13, or Simone (if you know me by that). I'm the co-leader of the guild Rosy Cheeks Adoption Agency (RCAA). This is my little rules page for the pets that belong to me that are UFA at RCAA!

Regulations

002. You can submit either a petpage or neomail application in. I don't favor one over the other. It's the content that matters.
003. Say you are doing a petpage... Art, writing, roleplaying, or poems are good...

006. Any of my pets's genders may be changed. Just notify me so I know you'll be refering to my pet as the opposite gender in your app.
007. Please only submit your application ONCE, unless you have changed the link.
008. If you're doing a neomail application and it excedes one neomail, put it on a blank petpage.
009. Tell me what account my pet will be on. Have you ever been suspended or warned? For what?
010. Making characters for my pets is a definate plus!
011. Don't be afraid to talk with me. I don't bite.
012. My pet MUST go on your main or VERY active side.
