5. Please, no hate mail. I happen to like my graphics. If you do not, I can point you to a nice directory that you can find many graphic sites listed on.

6. When you request something (if the request status says open!) and it asks, "Have you read the rules?" please reply, "Most certainly, Kitty-san." I shall then make your graphic. If you don't...Well...I probably won't make it. I don't have time for people who don't read the rules.

November 22: Shattered Crystals is back in business! Welcome back! I'm so glad that you all stuck with me these past few months. I know that Tina never gave up on me, and neither did Siddey. I love you all! Please, look around the site! SC is back, with four completely-new graphics! (Yes, that's a big number, considering I did absolutely nothing the past few months!) I made them yesterday, and two of them feature characters from Final Fantasy III. The other ones that I made today feature Tifa, from Final Fantasy VII, and Edward Elric's stone-clone, from FullMetal Alchemist (anime) episode #13: FullMetal vs. Flame. Enjoy!

Edit: I applied for seven directories, and was listed on three of them. I also applied at The Rave for an appraisal. Your button is here: If I get appraised, it'll go...somewhere else. I don't know where at the moment. And I'm sorry that this update is really long, but I've got a lot of stuff to say!

November 21: Okay, I've finished the navigation for all the pages. Since I couldn't do any more Reapers (Megumi refused to be transparified), I used Pinky as the page navigation for the Credits page as well. I also put counters (hit counters and people-watchers) on all the pages. I believe SC should be ready to open by tomorrow! I just want to make a few new graphics so I don't have the same old, same old when I open her up again. Stay tuned! I made two new Final Fantasy banners today - featuring two characters from Final Fantasy III (for the DS). Enjoy!

November 20: Today I finished the navigation for the Credits page and the Requests page. I figured out that the best place to put them was to the left of the side content box. I also uploaded some random TWEWY sprites to place around the site (mostly in this updates box). Have you seen the section dividers for this page, yet? Pretty cool, huh?

November 19: I finished updating the graphics page, and made multi-page navigation featuring two Reapers: Sho Minamimoto & Yashiro Uzuki (Pinky). Pinky's the main person on this page; Minamimoto is the main one on the graphics page. Enjoy! I believe the site may be up and running by Saturday. Keep your fingers crossed!!

November 18: I finished with the Credits page and filled in the affiliates boxes on all the pages. I promise I shall try to finish this by the end of the week!

November 17: I started working on the other three layout pages today. Mostly the Requests page. I got everything set up, except for the sidebar and the Affiliates/Directories/Reviews bar at the bottom. I even have my last four requests on there! Wow - I can't remember those! I love coding. And now I must go and work on my Greek project. See you later! (Mmm...Chocolate Chip Cookies, too!)

November 16: Today I added a rules section. I can't believe I forgot that extremely important section!! Just goes to show you - even idiots like I can still be idiots. Wait. That makes no sense whatsoever. Oh, well. All's well that ends well, anyways!

November 15: Today I started writing a history of the site, and got the navigation links in the sidebar sorted out.

November 14: Not much else new today, I believe. Well, I figured out how to move the save button down so I can still see it, and so that it won't make my page scroll when it's not supposed to scroll. I feel accomplished. Oh, and I'm also trying to get some game sprites from The World Ends With You to put randomly around the site. So far, only the Pinky and Minamimoto sprites have come out clean. All of the other ones have this weird blue box around them when I try to make them transparent. Oh, well. Now I have another thing to work on. So, until then, enjoy the Pinky and Grim Heaper sprites!

November 13: Kitty's BAAAAACK! And guess what? I've started working on the site again! Isn't that great? I've been in need of a good layout for a long time, and I believe this is the best one yet. Enjoy! I promise that SC will be up and running full-time by the end of the month!

From June 21, 2009-November 12, 2009, Shattered Crystals was on an undefined hiatus. I did not update during this time, as I was on a long hiatus from Neopets. On November 13, I started working on the site again.

June 20: One new glitter completed for a request - a Maraquan Shoyru. The glitter will be placed on the Request Pickup page for easy access for the requester, and I will place it on the graphics page in the glitters section. Enjoy!

June 19: I applied for about half a dozen review sites today; I just hope they get back to me soon. I've been on one review site waiting list for almost a year, if you can believe it!!

Anyways, I need your help today. My homepage is looking sort of...blah. What can I do to spice it up? A poll, perhaps? Random facts? The newest graphic? (Actually, that can go on the Graphics page, can't it?) Help me out here! Neomail me your ideas, with the subject "SC Homepage Idea." The winning idea will be put up here, and the person will be noted in the Credits. Thank you!

June 16: I volunteered at a local Salvation Army store today, finished revamping my review site, and cleaned out my "Links" page. That means I got rid of all the affiliates, directories, and review sites that either shut down, didn't have my button up, or were just plain inactive. There! I feel like I've accomplished something today.

June 15: I finished one request today. Gosh, it feels good to be making graphics again! Request away, guest, request away...

June 13: Finally - after three months, I've gotten all my graphics-site-related Neopets on one account. Great! That means no more switching between four accounts to update one page. This makes things more efficient. Oh, and please, remember to request something :D I know the requests have been closed for a long time, but that's no reason to forget about the request section! REQUEST SOMETHING, I BEG OF YOU!

June 12: Requests are open! I have enough time for them now :D And I'm getting bored. I need new graphic ideas, so request away!!

June 8: Shattered Crystals has been up for almost a year; twenty more days until our one-year anniversary! I suppose that I should start creating One-Year Anniversary graphics for my affiliates. I'm also going to create a poll (that will change every week or so) to put on the homepage. I'll tally up the results from the previous poll, create a graphic that represents it, then place it beneath the poll. The only thing I have to do now is figure out where I'm going to put the poll....Hm. *goes off to ponder*

June 6: Kitty's ba-ack! And better than ever (hopefully)! The camp was fun; whitewater rafting was the best. High-roping, not so much (I'm deathly afraid of heights). Anyways, I added a new Warriors icon today. Enjoy!

May 30: I'm not going to be here for a week or so - I'll be here next Saturday for sure! You see, I'm going to summer camp for a week, in another state, almost ten hours away. And I won't have access to a computer. Please continue to visit SC; I won't take down all the graphics just to put up a Hiatus sign, but you'll see me later ^.^

May 28: Ten days without an update; life has been hectic. I'm dogsitting for a neighbor, just got back from a family emergency (no computers where I went; it's way out in the country!), and I will be going to camp from Sunday - Friday of next week! I'm going to try to get some new graphics up - it's been more than a month since we've had a new one!

May 18: *sigh* So many days without an update. I apologize profusely for my actions. *bows deeply* School has been awful the past few weeks, but all we are doing now is watching movies (we get out the 21st!), so I'll have some more time for Neo!

I noticed that I have gotten 10,000 hits in just under a year. Thank you, citizens of Neopia! *bows again* Wooo!! And for all of my affies.... I'll have a special gift for you on the one-year anniversary of the opening of my site.

April 28: I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to go on a semi-hiatus. I'll still be updating the site, but a little less often.

School is getting tougher. Finals are coming up. Teachers are getting bored with school, and are packing things on so we can get things done faster. If I don't update for a while, I'm not dead. I'm simply absorbed with school! Sorry for abandoning you T.T But it's necessary.

April 23: Another long absence. I'm very sorry. I'm being slammed with tests and stuff - you see, as it is the last nine weeks of school, our teachers want to get the tests and things out of the way so that the last few weeks of school are used for brain-rotting. Today I filled one request for a Hawkfrost {Warriors} graphic, & made a few changes around the site. Have fun!

April 19: Woo! I finally did it! After three days of hard work, I have finally done what I have wanted to do since March - make SC into a five-page layout! Tell me what you think?

April 17: I am so very, very sorry for abandoning you! You must realize, however, that I have a life off of Neopets. For instance, I took two math tests this week alone, and I have also been sick. I have strep throat. Fantastic. *sighs*

April 12: Today I was reviewed on Eternal Mayhem, and received a 100/100. Thank you, Tina! For scoring perfectly, Tina, the owner, gave me a wonderful award featuring my heartthrob, Edward Elric, the FullMetal Alchemist. *sighs* Oh....Ed-ward!

Oh, and if you'd be so kind as to drop a line or two here about my site, I'd be very grateful ^.^ I'll check every day!

April 10: After getting several request forms that do not follow the rules {requesting J.B. & H.M. graphics} and those who simply reply "Yes" to the Have you read the rules? question, I have decided to make the form a little harsher. I am very sorry to ruin this for the rest of you, but after several rule breakers, I needed to do this. I'm so very, very sorry. Make sure you read the rules! Oh, and I was also reviewed on Fresh Look! A wonderful 94%!

April 8: I added one new blog {featuring Link from Phantom Hourglass} and one new banner {from The World Ends With You}. I cleaned out all of the old requests - if you didn't get to pick yours up, please neomail me and I'll put it back up! I also added one new affiliate {Eternal Mayhem} and applied for two reviews {Eternal Mayhem & British Reviews}.

April 7: I did a few small changes around the site - no new graphics today, I'm afraid. What I did today, though, was switch around the Blog section. I added micro-sections underneath the section, so as to separate the different blogs into the appropriate category they belong in.

April 5: I received my DSi today! I am quite happy about that, mind you! I've been waiting for weeks for that. Otherwise, I reopened Mood Indicator Requests, and was reviewed on Fuse Reviews, where I received a 98%. Wooo! I added two new blogs, featuring Rydia and Rosa, both from Final Fantasy IV. Today wasn't as productive a day as yesterday was... *heehee*

April 4: I added four mood indicators from The World Ends With You - featuring Lollipop {Koki Kariya}, Shooter Dan, and Shadow {Konishi}. In the Warriors section, which is getting filled out rather nicely}, I added three banners. Underneath the Twilight section, two banners were added. In the FullMetal Alchemist section, one banner featuring Riza Hawkeye was added. Along with that plethora of banners, I added two new Zelda icons. Today was a day of graphic making! I also filled two requests.

April 3: I added two new Mood Indicators today - featuring Reapers from The World Ends With You. I call them "Math Whiz" and "Pinky" in the coding, because those are easier and shorter than their real names! I hope you enjoy them. The "Math Whiz" is actually named Sho Minamimoto, and "Pinky" is Uzuki Yashiro.

April 2: I filled two requests today, and am contemplating separating the site into three or four pages - which would make the site easier to navigate around. Tell me what you think, please? One page would be the homepage, then I would have a separate page for the graphics, layouts & blogs, and requests...I just need to figure out how to do it!

April 1: Happy April Fool's Day! Hopefully you didn't have anything bad happen to you! Today I went through my old codes and took screenshots of my previous four layouts. I have placed these underneath the Site Information section in the top-left scrollbox. If you're curious as to how Shattered Crystals looked before you came here, don't forget to check them out! I was also reviewed on Authentic Reviews, scoring 100/100! Thank you, Ginny!

March 29: I deleted the Pokemon section and moved all of the images to the Black & White section because I couldn't think of any other Pokemon graphics that I could do. I also added some background information to each section - so you know where the graphics came from and why I did them. Today was also the day that I went through my affiliates, my listings, and the review sites {in the "waiting to hear from", "waiting list", and "reviewed by" category} to fix broken links, delete dead links, and apply for more reviews!

March 28: A new layout! Isn't it amazing? It took me some time to get it up - I had some help from my friend Siddey, and I also learned how to make tables during this time. I hope that this layout is more eye-popping and colorful than the Sephiroth layout. Enjoy it! I was also certified by Graphic Sites: A Complete Guide as a "Certified Graphics Site". Thank you, Siddey! And, as if that weren't enough, I also added two new Warriors graphics.

March 27: I created a new counter featuring a moogle {}. It matches the layout much better, right? Also, I am making a few minuscule changes to the layout - such as adding the flapping moogle {} randomly around the site. Look for it! Oh, and I made a new link-back button featuring a moogle.

March 26 I am testing the new layout here. I accidentally deleted all the coding of my Sephy layout off of my page....for some reason. *sighs* I have to dig through all my computer files to find it. I seriously doubt I will, though. Things have a way of not wanting to be found when you want to find them!

March 25: I am trying to make a new layout. Trying so very, very hard. It's hard enough going back and forth between all the CSS guides...but what's hardest is trying to figure out this whole "steal my code & I'll report you" thing. I mean, really. If you have some of the same coding as someone else, can you report them, or can they report you? Everybody uses DIV boxes, & if things look sort-of the same, that doesn't mean you stole it, now does it? It could mean you learned it from the same guide, or taught yourself in the same way. *unsure* I'm just rambling, I know... But sometimes I do wonder.

March 23: I added a few new icons from Final Fantasy VII today - featuring Vincent Valentine and Sephiroth. Hopefully they look good; I've also started on a new layout, but I doubt I can make it work. I fail at coding things. I'll probably be using Siddey HTML/CSS Guide or something close to that...like Kitty's Guide to CSS {is that the name?} and Amy's CSS Basics. And possible /~petpagetutorial.

March 22: I was reviewed on Shibuya Station today, and while I didn't do as good as I thought I would, the reviewer gave me a lot of advice, so I'm doing a little bit of a rehaul of my site {such as the blogs section & the mood indicators section} so that you don't have to scroll FOREVER to find the thing that you want! Here's hoping it works out!

March 21: I was reviewed on Lauren's Reviews today, and I got a 78% because she doesn't like anime. *sighs* And there's only one anime category on this page!! I also finished one request for a Werelupe Directory; a button. I hope they like it ^.^

March 20: Today I did one request for someone: I think it turned out rather nice! Anybody else want to request a button? I was also listed on said directory.

March 19: Today I received my score from Certificate, a review site I applied for about a week ago. The score I got? A 95%. Yay! That means that I received an award as well, which I put underneath the "Awards" section on this page.

In other non-graphics-site related news, I got a new layout for my directory today. How do you like it?

March 17: Well, I did the monthly Review/Affiliate cleanout, checking that the links still existed, and I found that I was reviewed on Optical Illusion Reviews, much to my surprise! I got a 94% from that review, so I picked up my award and went away! She noticed that there were some sections that didn't have "Back to Top" buttons on them, so that's what I'll be working on today! I'll probably have them finished in a few minutes. Thank you, reviewer! March 16: I added another blog today, featuring Neku from The World Ends With You. I hope you enjoy it! It almost made me cry when I made it - then again, I've finished TWEWY, and I know all of the pain that Neku had to go through...

March 15: Today I created a blog featuring Envy from FullMetal Alchemist, and a blog featuring Kefka from Final Fantasy VI. I think it turned out pretty well, don't you? I also signed up for a review from Certificate {I think that's the name?} and got put on the waiting list. There are more graphics to come ;) Stick with me, okay?

March 14: I received permission from Apuaka, one of the requestees, to put up her requested graphic underneath the FullMetal Alchemist section of this page. The graphic depicts Edward Elric and Alphonse Elric, ages 10 and 9, respectively, walking together. I hope you enjoy it! I also added an amazing {well, at least I think so!} icon featuring Roy Mustang and his MINISKIRTS! Isn't it amazing? How do you like it? It's my first icon made in this style...I hope you like it ^.^

March 13: It's Friday the Thirteenth! Eek! But anyways, I finished all of the graphic requests that stacked up - aren't you proud of me? I'm happy now; everything's done, and I don't have to worry about the stacking-up requests! Some of those requests were from February - I'm a big procrastinator. But no longer! Now, to work on those reviews....

March 12: Okay, so I reopened banner requests! That means only Mood Indicator requests are closed for the time being. I managed to get 3/4 of the people on the waiting list dealt with - the last person...well, the image is incredibly hard to find. Looks like I'll have to be doing some Photobucket trawling to find the image - otherwise, they'll be the "dead weight" in my waiting folder D: That's not good, is it? I'm coming for you, Apuaka, you just have to wait a while!

March 9: I had to close graphic requests today - the only ones that remain open are the glitter requests. School is too hectic to keep requests open right now, sorry ^.^ I have a lot of requests to fulfill also, so I need to get those done as soon as possible. I also made a few tiny changes to the layout - nothing that you could possibly discern ;)

March 8: Added three new Neopets Icons today - one of them is an "updated" version of the "Hoban - Sleepy, Much?" icon I did a few days ago - this one is a .gif, and I think it's really neat! I was experimenting with my animation-thingy today, and these were the result.

March 7: Fweeee! I won the Bronze Globe at The Golden Neopia! Isn't that great? Thanks to all who voted for me! You're awesome!

March 5: Sorry for the long hiatus!! So very, very sorry :( I was working on my GIMP Tutorial, which, I am happy to say, is completely done! Yaaay :D

Anyways, today I created a Hoban icon - It's basically taking images from the sidebars & "softening" them, adding text, and uploading them. I like them!

February 24: Okay, I haven't updated in a few days. You know why? Because I've started work on a brand new site, Kitty's GIMP Tutorial. That's a work-in-progress title, mind you! I'm not yet done with the content of the site, but I'm accepting affiliate requests already! Woo! Click HERE to visit the WIP site!

February 21: Today I was reviewed on Toxic Revival; thanks to them, I was able to fix several spelling errors, and am contemplating changing the bold, italic, and underlined colors to a green-ish color - the color of Sephiroth's eyes. I just have to figure out what color to change them to, and if I'm going to change them at all!

February 20: Applied for Toxic Revival, a review site. Here's hoping I get a good grade :D I also added Otaku Works to the "List of Worthy Ones" - congratulations on getting the "Worthy" award, Yume! I hope that you all find what you're looking for here - after I review a few sites, I'll be working on more graphics! Today I also updated the counter {no more "default dragon" one!} and I re-did the "Who Else is On?" counter-thing. Enjoy the slight change to the site - I'm working on making the site better, one little thing at a time ;)

February 19: Today I experimented with several different brushes & an overlay technique in GIMP, which helped me to create a really awesome {or at least I think so!} banner starring a Gypsy-looking Zafara holding an amulet. I hope you like it! {It's yet another image to add to the Neo-Images section!}

February 18: I awarded the "Worthy" award to Ace, a site owned by Apuaka. Fantastic work, Apuaka {also known as Remy}! Also, today I decided that I will reopen my review site for reviews, Siren's Song Reviews. So, if you think your site is deserving of the awards at that site, head on over!

February 16: Today I finally did something I told myself I should have done a long time ago - I created two awards! One of them is absolutely free, no strings attached. That means, as long as you have a petpage that has no stolen content, you can take the award! The other award is only for worthy people. I say when people are worthy! I DO! So, if you think you're worthy of getting my award, head to the Awards I Give section to apply for the award!

February 14: Happy Valentine's Day! Today, I made an image starring the Grey Faerie, which isn't very Valentine's Day-ish, but...Enjoy it anyways.

February 12: Today I was reviewed on Impassion Reviews, where I got at least an 8/10 {she made a mistake in the scoring & has yet to change the grade}, and I won an award! Thank you, Minxii! Today I didn't really do anything else of caliber, but still....please vote for me @ Paper Lantern!

February 9: Hey, I entered my first SOTM contest! Please vote for me - voting opens February 19th! If you like the site, please support me and help me win my first SOTM contest ^.^

On another note, I added an Aeris blog {or is Aerith?} today. I titled this one, "What if?" Enjoy~! February 5:
Still sick, still unwilling to do graphics XD I did, however, manage to create a few pixels - I've been wanting to do pixels for a while. *stabs at navigation* Check them out!

But anyways....I slightly altered the TEXTAREAs, checked the site in FireFox, Internet Explorer, & Safari {I had to do a lot of fixing-up in Safari before it worked correctly!}. The result? The site works perfectly in all three browsers. I just need a few people to do a check in Opera & Google Chrome. Know anyone who'd be willing to do that?

February 4:
Since I have a really high fever, I decided to take the time to redo some warriors graphics. However, I didn't take into account the actual amount of my sickness, so I only redid one Warriors Graphic - "Look to StarClan". I think it turned out really, really well! Enjoy~!

Also, I added three new link-back buttons today. Go figure - I had enough patience to make link-back buttons, but no patience whatsoever for the graphic-makeovers XD Anyways, the link-back buttons are two 88x31 pixel ones {Neku Sakuraba from TWEWY & Edward Elric from FMA} and one 100x100 pixel one {Shiki from TWEWY}. I think they turned out fantastic. Everyone should find a link-back button that they like!

February 3:
Since I was home sick today, I decided to take a semi-day off. I only added on graphic today {I guess I finally ran out of steam after an entire weekend of non-stop graphic making}. The graphic I added? A Tifa Lockheart blog. If you don't know who Tifa is, she's one of the heroes from Final Fantasy VII. Anyways, have fun with it. Or not. Whichever you choose.

~Oh! I also added a *new* 50x50 px link-back button, for those people who enjoy 50x50 buttons. It features Tifa {not that you can really tell, as it's only her face} & I think it turned out fantastic!

February 2, 2009:
Today I was reviewed on two sites - Nine in the Afternoon and Sweet Insanity. I made a 96% at NitA, and a more-than-perfect 101% at SI. I thank the reviewers - if I'm getting reviews this great only one day after I put up my new site layout & applied new graphics, I must be doing something correct!

February 1, 2009:
The new layout is up!! How do you like it? If you want, just neomail all comments about the new layout to kittycatisginger18. Thanks ^.^

Today I also added three new graphics - an Edward Elric icon {"Leave Behind Your Pain"}, a Ganon's Puppet Zelda banner-ish thing {it's a little glittery as well, replacing the normal Ganon's Puppet Glitter}, and an Edward Cullen icon {"My Sparkly Vampire"}. Yes, I know I said I'd never do any more Twilight graphics, but I figured "Hey, I should probably try to attract more kinds of people to my site, so I'll give it a shot."

Another new thing today: I was able to learn how to create blogs! They're still pretty amateur-ish, so I'll be coding them better from now on, don't worry. But I finally created blogs! For right now, I only have some from FullMetal Alchemist and Final Fantasy IV and Final Fantasy VII. Enjoy them!

Also, today I applied for at least five review sites. I have about eight or nine in the "Pending Reviews" section of this page. *sighs* Nobody ever responds to me. I'm hoping to get a reply from these people a lot faster!

January 31, 2009:
Tomorrow I launch the new layout. I hope you all are very excited ^.^ Otherwise, I'm working on creating guild layouts. Don't worry - I'm sure I'll get them down eventually!

ANYWAYS - I've added three more Final Fantasy icons. One's a Cloud one, one's an Aeris one, and one, of course, is a Reno one. I think you'll be very pleased with them ^.^ Enjoy~!

Five more days until the launch! And I'll be trying to fix it up while it's up, as well! ^.^

I added a Christmas Zafara Mood Indicator, as per request, but it's up for you all to use! Enjoy~!

January 25:
Six more days 'till the new layout launches! I'll be spending that time refining it, so it will look awesomeful!

Anyways, I have added an electric eyrie mood indicator, and I've finished two requests. Terribly late, I know, but I'm working on getting a new layout up, and I have to find the time to work on schoolwork too, so don't get angry if I can't get your requests to you right away!

January 18:
Only 13 more days until I launch the new layout officially! I spent most of last night working on it....And I think that everybody's going to be very pleased with what I've done! I can't wait to launch it ^.^ Maybe I'll move up the date to Monday! Or Tuesday! One of those days! I can't wait!
On another note, I finished all of the requests that have been stacked up, & will be working on the few that were put in today. I'm VERY busy right now, as you can see, so if I don't get to you the moment you put in your request, don't worry - I'll get to you as fast as I can!

January 14:
Oh my. I'm so sorry for almost a MONTH without updates! But you have no idea what I've been through - my computer literally BURNED UP & the only access to the internet that I had was on my cell phone {shiny new LG Vu!} for almost a month. Needless to say, I nearly died from computer-withdrawal. But now I'm back! And I am here to tell you that the new layout, which I had planned for launch on January 1st, will be launched on February 1st instead. On Christmas I didn't have enough time to get it debugged and up & running, and my computer was dead by December 30th, so the January 1 date passed. But don't worry - February First is a fixed deadline in my mind, and NOTHING will keep me away from it!

On another note, I did around three requests today {from the time that I didn't have a computer} - sorry for all the waiting!

December 22:
I have decided. I have been working on THIS PETPAGE LAYOUT for a few months now, tweaking it so it will work in the majority of browsers {well, Safari and FireFox, at least!}. I think I'm almost ready to launch it. If I decide for real, it will be launched on December 25, 2008, otherwise known as Christmas Day. If you would, you can neomail me to tell me what you think of the layout ^.^ That would help me a lot. Also, I need some people to test it in Google Chrome, Opera, and any *other* browsers that are out there, so if you could help, I would really love it!

Today I completely fixed up this new layout...and am planning to launch it on Christmas Day. I hope that it pleases a lot of people ^.^ I have worked very hard on this layout, and am hoping to have more views than EVER BEFORE with it! So, cross your fingers and hope that it works out!!!

December 9:

I ADDED A FREAKIN' SWEET COOKIE-NINJA THING TODAY!! Uh...sorry for the caps. I got a little excited. Lately, my imagination hasn't been flowing quite as well as it should have been, but one neomail from Hannah got it flowing again! So I made another micro-movie in the style of "Hobo vs. Spork" and "Ninja Fruits". Enjoy!

December 4:

Added some more graphics from The World Ends With You. They're pretty simple - just some gamesprites with sayings on them. I think they're cute, though ^.^ Nothing's cuter than Beat trying to make sense of things! Wooo! Go Beat!

I also added some Final Fantasy banners with Espers on them. I redid the Bahamut one {I made his eye glow!} and I added one with Shiva, and with Raiden {the sword}. Enjoy!

November 26:

Got a new bedroom set today :D It's extremely pretty. It's all done in Cherry-colored wood {sort of a darkish-reddish wood} and it's gorgeous.

Ah yes, I've filled my days with books the past few days, trying to gather ideas for new graphics. Sadly, nothing's come to me so far except the one below:



I have also discovered a site where I can get pictures from one of the books that I own instead of having to break the spine to scan them in! So, expect more mysterious graphics soon! I will also be adding more of the Mood Indicators, but that will take a little time, so be patient!

October 6:
Benchmark tests are this week. I'll have to close requests if it gets too much for me to handle :( But a good thing happened today: I discovered an untaken name {for both an username and a pet name!}. I made a side account called LivingPulse, and it has a Kougra on the account that will eventually be painted RoyalGirl. Her name, in German, means "Pure Royalty". It may look a little funny, but I think it looks great! I haven't added any more graphics today...I've been busy studying.

October 5:
I added one request; Ashley's Buttons, whom I made a button for. I also applied for a review on three or four more sites, and was reviewed on one of them! I also re-applied for a review on one that took me off the waiting list....without putting my review up! D: What happened? Anyways, I'll be adding lots of mood indicators soon! And a premade lookups section! Be sure to look back soon!

October 4:
One kitten fell off a 6-foot-tall bookcase this morning. And the other kitten gave me a vicious scratch! But...let's see....On the site, I checked this page in both Safari and FireFox. The report? Works in FireFox {everything's centered, ect.} but Safari messes up the entire page. I added a lot of new Zelda Graphics. I was also reviewed on Rainbow Reviews. Gabby, the reviewer, suggested that I change the header-color to blue. I did, and I think it looks fabulous! Thanks Gabby!

October 3:
Had quite a scare today. My kittens nearly ran off into the woods behind our house. I slipped and fell on my rear while trying to catch them. It's soooore D: Anyways, I'm working on adding LOTS of graphics, and today I finished coding an USERLOOKUP for me. I'm very special 'cause there's only one of me.... GAAH! I have to get that song out of my head. Anyways, look forward to premade userlookups coming soon ^.^

October 2:
Apparently, Neopets launched a new LOGIN PAGE today. Why they did that, I have no idea. Anyways, I added a BUTTON REQUEST today, and I also added a cute mood indicator featuring moi! Isn't it cute? *pokes MI right above this entry* I think it looks good, although I had to edit it with the computer since my cats sort-of ate my hand-drawn copies x.x

September 30:
Not only was I reviewed on a New Site today, but I also did something incredibly amazing - I created unique Back-To-Top buttons. I've done them for every section, starting with the Final Fantasy section. Tomorrow, if I have time, I'll be doing the rest of the sections! I decided to do this for two reasons:
1. I think they look cool, and give a unique flavor to the site!
2. I need to figure out which thing is making the "Back to Top" link show up behind the Header-Banner! I NEED to get rid of that out-of-place thing! I can't find it anywhere in the code, so I'm hoping that unique Back-To-Top buttons will help me with this problem!

Well, today I was bored, so I played around with GIMP, and created a fantabulous new button!



I also added some new Final Fantasy banners. They are really images of the Summoned Espers from Final Fantasy VI pasted onto banners, with a cute little saying slapped onto them ^.^ I hope you like them. I think they're cute!

September 26:
*stares at date* Wow. It's been six days since I've updated this site. I suppose it's because I've been busy redoing the mood indicators and working on my Review Site. That's what's been taking up all of my time. I wish I knew how to balance it evenly! One day on my review site, one day here, ect. is probably what I'll have to do. Okay, today I added buttons for the guild Intensity18+. I believe they turned out rather spectacular. I'm going to go do some more stuff of my own now! Auf Wiedersehn!

September 20:
Added a new Mood Indicator Template. As I redo the old version, I'll add the new version in it's place! Aren't they much neater? Too bad I couldn't get the corners to go transparent, though - that would have been amazing if I could! But they're still the best I could do, and I believe they're awesome! I'll be redoing the old ones over the next few weeks, and soon, the Mood Indicator section will be filled to the brim with the new style! I hope you like them!

September 19:
Wow! I've been busy the last couple of days, cramming for the High School Graduation Exam that I have to take! It's divided into the four core subjects: Math, English, History, and Science, and I took the Math part today. I'll take the Science {biology} part next year. It's split into four years - the Algebra I part I took today was really hard. I hate math.

Anyways, I've also been busy drawing something for someone's petpage application. A baby chomby, I believe....Yes, a baby chomby.

Also, in a bit of sad news, I added someone to my Wall of Shame yesterday. I've moved the Wall of Shame to another petpage - one on my side account. That way, I can keep people up, and show proof, without having to stretch this layout! The WOS that I've put up, well, it's a combined WOS for both my Review site and my Graphics site, so there are other people on here besides just my graphics site, mind you! And I think that's it for today. Have a happy day!

Well, let it be known that I'm finally taking down the images that I made a long time ago when I was new to graphic making. I'm talking about the extremely overloaded Lunapic images in both the Final Fantasy and Zelda sections. I'll have them back up {{in a nice, neat, non-Lunapic format}} in a few days. I've also added two banner requests today, and am working on getting more Pins from The World Ends With You. Keep coming back for more graphics! Thanks!

I added two Pins from the video game, The World Ends With You, underneath it's respective section, TWEWY. Seriously, if you don't understand what that meant in my Navigation bar, why not just click on it to find out? I promise that nothing here will kill you! Well, unless my screenie-taking-stealer-catching Chia finds you. Then you're probably toast....

I also made a shield for My Lookup today. Sure, the lookup itself is premade, but I made the shield!! Does it look good? Does it match? Oh, I hope it matches! It took a while to figure out the code, but now that I have it, I suppose that I can most likely start making Premade Shields now! Unless, of course, people don't like the shield that I made, in which case I'll spiral into despair from which I'll never return....

September 11:
Today's the day. Seven years ago, something happened that changed both the United States and other countries around the world forever. I keep seeing many boards about it on the HC {{where I like to lurk}} and I know that I'd never post one. It's a time to grieve for those that have lost their lives on that day, and these past seven years fighting. *sigh* Just take a moment to reflect on what's happened. If you don't know what I'm talking about, go search it on your favorite search engine.

Anyways, to get away from the sadness, I suppose I'll talk about my two affies that I've added today. One is a Chatspeak Dictionary, and another one's Dented Hope Graphics. And...that's all I've done to the page today, besides update my blog! Ciao for now!

I've been really lazy the past few days. I lie awake at night and think up all of these awesome graphic ideas, but then I get up and I have all this stuff to do... and I sort of forget about them. We've all had that happen to use before *nods*, correct? Well, today I forgot because I was cramming for a Biology test that I completely forgot about...and then tomorrow I have to do all the Geometry homework I've been putting off this week, and cram for a vocabulary test in English...so it's going to be a hectic week! If I can't get your requests filled as fast as you would like me to, I'm sorry, but I have a life too! I have school! I have chores! I have kittens to play with!

September 8:
Haven't updated in a few days because my mom dragged me off to my grandma's house right after I got home from school on Friday. Since my grandma's computer is so slow, I can't use it for anything more than checking my email. Even something as simple as Neopets slows it down! Anyways, I've added a lot of requests, and I've also added the "Back to Top" links between each section. That should make it easier to navigate now, shouldn't it? I hope so.

I may have come across someone trying to steal my graphics this afternoon. I don't exactly know her name, but I do know that she seems...suspicious. Anyways, I've unblocked the person on my Burn Book, but I doubt she'll contact me again anyways. *sigh* Such is the burden of the graphic maker. But, still, feel free to request anything!

September 4:
Added a custom Neo-Glitter {{Pirate Korbat with Petpet Snoogy}}. I'll eventually add just a normal Pirate Korbat underneath "NeoGlitters", but for right now, that's all that I have. Which reminds me, I have a button to be working on! Toodle-oo! Also, I'm thinking about unblocking the person on the burn book to see if she'll apologize. *sighs* But I'm not sure if I should do it. I have to read my story in creative writing tomorrow - and I'm scared that I'll get a bad critique on it! I'll let you know how it turned out!

So sad. I got the first name on my Burn Book today. I really didn't want to do it to the poor girl, but she crossed the line. Anybody on my burn book who has previously requested one of my graphics, well, all the graphics I made for you will be deleted off of my photobucket account. Sorry, but that's the way it has to be. Be rude to me, and you will pay the price. *shrugs*

August 31:
I am actually writing this on 30.8.2008, but since my dad will be taking over the computer tomorrow, I thought I'd go ahead and write 31.8.2008. Anyways, I'll be adding more glitters soon {{be sure to request some!!}} and I'm also searching for recruits for my new Directory, Midnight Secrets. You can see the awesome button that I made underneath "I'm Listed On..." in the sidebar! Remember that! Um...let's see, what else? Oh! I'm working on redoing my mood indicators, and adding more link-back buttons, so be patient with those parts of the site! I'm still working on them! I'll get them done as fast as I possibly can!! August 30:
I played hooky from school yesterday. I know it's a bad thing, but I had fun. We went to a military base about three hours from our house to get new I.D. Cards and shop at the PX/Commissary there. My sis and I got Catnip'd Cat Toys for our kittens. They aren't scared anymore. In fact, they're quite bold. They tried to claw my bed last night!

Anyways, I've gotten rid of all the quirks on my page. It should work rather well. Oh! And I added the Portable Dailies from JubbJubbyJack's page into it's own section! Just another little something for everyone to enjoy about my page!!

August 27:
-.- TNT hates me. I had to redo my entire blog. I had to go through it, entry by entry, to see what the problem was. It was the words "Isn't" and "it", close together, and when they're together, they spell out an "inappropriate" word. Sorry for everyone who came to my site while it was donwn! Now it's back, and it's just the way that it was! Oh, and I am extremely sorry for neomailing you, Kitty, before I figured out what the problem was. Please don't get mad at me. I was desperate. I had been working on this problem for three hours before I neomailed you, and then a few hours later, I figured out what was wrong. I am so very, very sorry! Please accept my apology.

I am the happiest I have been in MONTHS. I got two new kittens today!!!! They are SOOO cute! One is black-and-white, and the other is gray with cream-colored spots.

August 24:
I am sad. I know I shouldn't be, but I am. Not only does school start tomorrow, but I got a low score when reviewed by Turbulance reviews. I am sad. It's really not all that important, once I consider all the other good reviews that I have gotten from other Review site {{which I'm happy for}} but what really bothers me about this score is that she said I "Didn't have anything that people without graphics sites couldn't make". That just makes me sad. I made everything on this page. Sure, a few of them I edited with Lunapic, but I'm thinking I'll take those down eventually. I just have to figure out how to make my own animations like that. It's really hard to make floating hearts on my own, and to make flames. I like all of my pretty flames! If you'll read all my other scores, you'll see that I'm better than the one low score that I have gotten. Actually, it's the lowest score I've ever gotten. A 52% {{or something close to that}}. All of my other scores have been at least 80%'s or above. Which makes me wonder....is she really grading fairly? If the owner of this site is reading this, please understand that I'm not bashing your review or anything, and this isn't meant to be hatemail. It's just a reflection of the score that you gave me. I'm just wondering about it....

August 23:
I was SOOOO close to getting a special ?Ramen Bowl? from World Market today. But they were sold out. I really wanted one. I like to elevate my Ramen to a level that none of my other favorite foods go on. I ? Ramen!! Anyways, I made a personalized banner featuring... Gene Simmons! He's an awesome person. I don't care too much for their music, but they're absolutely insane, which makes them great in my book! I'm also trying to figure out how to make a link clickable so that if you click on the Neomail me here link, you're taken to a place with the subject line already filled out. Everything I've tried doesn't work. It's so sad. Anyways, have a great day!

Well, I've been doing alright. Only one question on the test I didn't know. I think I got it D: I'm not sure though. We're having Mexican food for supper. I don't like mexican food for some reason. I want Ramen! I want Ramen! Anyways, I got my site re-reviewed on Color My World Reviews, and I got an 88%. Go Kitty! Go Kitty! Wooo!!!! And I also applied to have my site reviewed on Spotlight Reviews. I hope I get a good rating there too! I added a mood indicator {{per request}} and I also added a custom glitter for someone. That means NO STEALING!! Moochers. Go make your own Grrrr!

Test's been moved to Friday. I have all day tomorrow to study!! So I shall make graphics. Anyways, I'm slurping on Ramen, thinking about which color glitters to make, and if I should really go and search through all my affies, or if I should make a new link-back button similar to the one I made the other day, but in a different color.....Help me decide? Otherwise, I'll just keep rambling on... until I finally run out of breath or something. Or text. Is there a limit to how much text/coding a petpage can have? Because if there is, I'm pretty sure I've passed that point already. I'm debating on whether to make my xweetok's page a Directory or a Graphics Tutorial. Which do you think would be more helpful?

I'm terrified. I have a test on Thursday {{I think}} and I haven't studied, and I'm freaking out. I don't know what to do!!!! I should be studying, but it's so difficult....*sobs*

Today is my birthday!!!! Hooray!!! Yes, it's true ^.^ Today is Kitty's birthday! One of my affies {{Siddey's String}} sent me a birthday card yesterday. I was really thankful for that. It was a nice thought. Anyways, I haven't added any new graphics {{I don't think}}, but I am working on them. Don't you worry. Oh, and if you haven't noticed, the nice person who has the WingedWarrior27 website made me a custom webpage! I was extremely thankful for that. It's one of the best birthday presents I've recieved on Neo, and it also matches my "theme" {{Shattered Crystals}} pretty well, don't you think? Yay!

August 11:
School again. Ugh. Anyways, I added a request for the iPodo Guild (check it out; Glitter!!!!!), and I'm completely open for any requests. I'm bored, as you can probably tell. I'm not doing my homework right now either... {{although it's for Creative Writing, so I can probably do it tomorrow on the bus. I'm good at writing!}}. I want more glitter requests! Or some banners! Or basically anything! Oh, and tomorrow's my bday! Just so you don't forget ^.^

August 10:
I added six Neo-Glitters today (a speckled Uni, a pirate lupe, a pirate gelert, a spotted lupe, and a sketch kacheek). I put them up under Neo Glitters. And I did one request for someone. They better like it!!! Oh, and I added an I Love Edward Elric word glitter underneath "FullMetal Alchemist". I love Edward!!! Well, I have some homework to do for my English class. I didn't do it yesterday (because I was making graphics all day....*oops*) so I have to do it today. And I have until around 4:45 because we're going somewhere tonight at 5:00. I have to do an essay about myself and scan in a T-Shirt and put pictures of stuff that I like and stuff that I've done on there. It looks really boring.

August 9:
Wow; my first day off of school. I've only been in school for two days and my brain's already fried. Anyways, I've added two Zelda glitters in the past few days, and a few more Neopets glitters as well. I also figured out how to add a scrollbar (and someone helped me change the colour) and I have moved the counter, and moved Sephy's picture up. I also added a credit section. I hope these changes help you navigate my site better. I've also been reviewed by two sites: Critique {the bandwidth-exceeded picture} and Carrot Soup {the carrot picture}. Don't read them. I beg of you.

August 7:
School started today. I'll have to start limiting requests. I suppose that about 3-5 requests per day is about how many I can take. But I'll keep ALL of your neomails, and I shall also fill your requests in the order that they came in. So be prepared!

I have added a lot of custom glitters today underneath the Neo-Related section. Please check them out. It took a long time for me to make them. Oh, and you can also request glitters now as well ^.^ But still no Hannah Montana or Jonas Brothers graphics. Please.

School starts in two days. Today and Tomorrow are my last days of summer break. I am so sad. And I am wondering why this petpage layout won't allow me to post a blog? I tried to copy a Vincient blog from my original layout to this one, and it wouldn't work. That was very interesting. But anyways, if I don't answer your neomailed requests or anything as fast as you want me to, be patient. I have school -.-' Which I hate.

August 4:
Monday Night Raw comes on tonight. Hmm. I should watch it. I made my first glitter today. It's awful XD Check it out. It's the second glittery triforce underneath "Zelda Graphics". I repeat: It's awful! Also, I made a few blogs today. Not sure when I'll put them up though. I have to learn how to code them first XD

August 3:
Well, school starts in a few days. I'm totally not prepared for it. And to top it all off.....my petpage isn't working! I don't know what's more frustrating: me starting school in a new city or not being able to code my petpage correctly! But yesterday I was able to change all of the "hover" effects to how I wanted it. I suppose that's an accomplishment...-shifty eyes-

August 2:
Page updated, but there are some really weird quirks going on with it. I got everything done yesterday except for figuring out how to get rid of that annoying yellow bar and the blank gray space. If you can help, I beg of you, neomail me =^.^=

August 1:
I updated my entire page. Well, not really, but I did manage to finally get the top part in order. Now I just have to figure out how to get rid of that annoyingly blank space. I got rid of it because I had someone make me a freakin' awesome glitter text that says "Shattered Crystals", which really matches my site, don't you think? ^.^ Anyways, I might not have time for requests today because I am going shopping. It's tax-free weekend, and schools starts in less than a week, so....yeah.

Shattered Crystals started out as one of those "I steal from Photobucket" graphic sites. I put up about three dozen icons that I found interesting, then went on the HC (help chat) board to see what others thought of it. Imagine my surprise when two people told me that what I was doing was technically illegal! So, I asked for their help, and they introduced me to Lunapic.

I used Lunapic for a while, and my site was basically a blank page with some (extremely amateur) graphics on it. Then I found out what petpage layouts were. I found one that I really liked, and decided to use it. I edited it a tiny bit (mostly the bold/underline/italic codes), and put everything up.

I found Kitty's Premades, and chose the purple one from Style Two. I used that one for a while, then asked Kitty (the other Kitty) to make me a black, white, and gray version of it.

It was around this time that I was referred to GIMP by some people on the boards. I immediately downloaded it, checked out some tutorials, and began making (in my opinion) much better graphics.

GIMP gave me the confidence to try to make my own layout, so I did, and it launch on February 1, 2009. It was a picture of Sephiroth in the background, with two blog-like boxes on it. One review made me change it - a review by what was then called Lauren's Reviews, which attacked my site for being "anime-filled," since she did not like anime. To make matters worse, I did not have any anime-related graphics on the page at that time!!

After that review, and one at Shibuya Station, I decided to make a layout featuring a moogle. Moogles are amazing, don't you think? It was this layout that I used for the longest time by far, from March 26 through November 18 or so. I loved it.

Around March 28, 2009, I was certified by Graphic Sites: A Complete Guide. I was the first one certified. I also helped Siddey (the owner of the site) with a lot of the content. Check it out if you need help.

Shattered Crystals celebrated it's first anniversary on June 28, 2009. Shortly afterwards, I'm afraid, I had to close it down for a while. I took a five-month hiatus from Neopets. I took the homepage down, but left up the other pages (although unless you knew the URLS, there was no way to access those pages).

In November 2009, I realized that I really, really missed making graphics for the populace of Neopia, so I decided to bring Shattered Crystals back. I relaunched it on November 22, 2009, much to the joy of Dark Light, which is owned by my friend Tina. I hope you love it, too!

Before I reset the counter on November 21, 2009, it read 11335 hits. Thank you all for making that possible!!

Past Layouts

This one came from Jordaan's Premades. I used it from around July 1, 2008 through August 2, 2008. It bored me with his gray-and-black monochromatic color scheme. Plus, it was pretty hard to edit.

Ah, the famous purple layout. It got too purple for my tastes, to be honest. Anyways, I used it from August 4, 2008 to around August 12, 2008. This was my shortest-used petpage layout. Why did I use it so little, you ask? Well...

Kitty, of Kitty's Premades, made me this custom color scheme of Version Two. It was finished on my birthday, which was a great present from one Kitty to another. I used it until February 1, 2009.

This was the first layout that I made solely by myself. It was used until March 26, 2009, but I loved it all the same. It was pretty dark, I suppose, but Tina, of Dark Light, really loved it. Of course, she is Sephiroth's biggest fangirl!

(Yes, I know some of the images are deleted. Please ignore that.) This is the second petpage I've ever made...and I absolutely loved it. It took a long time to load, but it was amazing. It was pretty difficult to code, but I learned a lot about CSS while coding it. It is by far my favorite past layout.
