THE MEETING
You are wandering around a barren feild in the middle of Tyrannia. No one is in sight and your beginning to get nervous, just as quickly as it is beginning to get dark. You start to see your own breath so you button up your jacket as the tempreture is clearly droping. You look around, nothing is in sight Suddenly you hear a growl and see the shape of a lupe, or at least you think its a lupe.
The animal walks forward, and you see it is a lupe, but he looks a bit strange. He has a ancient look about him, with sharp, straight tusks and slit pupils, he is not something you see everyday."Who do you think you are coming into my territory?" the creature says in a low-pitch voice.
Your voice cracks a bit as you say, "I'm sorry. I didn't know this was yours...", you start to back away from him.
The lupe pounces forward and pins you down, "I don't tolerate trespassers," he barks.
In terror you shout out "Don't hurt me please!", you start to shake uncontrolably from fear.
He jumps off of you reluctantly and says "Fine, but leave now."
You get up, "Geez someone didn't have a pleasent childhood." you joke not thinking about what you said.
He growls and then turns snarling, showing his teeth, "Don't talk about my childhood!"
CHILDHOOD
I was born in a old part of Neopia to a pack of wild ancient Lupes. There are only a couple hundred of my species left, I'm not sure how many live today, but I'm sure out numbrs have dropped more. I had four brothers and sisters, Lienxciw, Grimqua, Frotixn, and Kittji. All of them were yellowish, with brown stripes and all born without tusks. I was the largest pup, brown with even darker stripes. I was born with tusks and yellow eyes while my brothers and sisters all had big blue eyes. We were all ancient Lupes (our exact species name is Luanadon, we've been around for a couple hundred-thousand years, but we are dieing out rapidly), but most pups did not get their tusks for a few more years. Frotixn was the only sibling who would talk to me, the rest would laugh at me. We were very close and would constantly go out exploring together. My Mother was a beautiful Lupess, she was pure white with reddish eyes, and her tusks were the color of pearls She used to groom me and tell me I would grow up to be the strong Lupe just like my Father. My Father was the pack leader, strong, wise and had a dark yellow coat with the largest tusks anyone had ever seen; though one was chipped he still could beat any Lupe who challenged his leadership. Lienxciw always boasted he'd be the leader after our Father stepped down from the throne, but I wanted to be the leader. Lienciw and I would mock fight for hours arguing about who was stronger. Frotixn would always come to my side if the fights got out of hand.
One day when I was about 13 years old I woke up to growling and barks, my cousin was challenging my Father's leadership and fighting for the thrown. My Mother was scared for her pups lives and hid Grimqua, Kittji, and me in a near by honey blossom Bush, she could not find Frotixn or Lienxciw. I tried to comfort Grimqua and Kittji, but they both just whimpered and whined. I peered out from the bush to see an epic battle going on; half of the pack was on Father's side, while the other half was fighting against him. Father and his followers were losing badly, I saw Frotixn fighting alongside Father; he looked very weak and tired, and before long his poor body gave out and he fell to the ground. I howled and ran out to see if he was still alive, but he did not move. I ran out to Frox and checked his breathing, Frotixn was still alive so I dragged him into the bush and told Grimqua to take care of him. I turned back around to find Mother when I saw Lienxciw fighting against Father; he had sided with the enemy. After many hours my Father's side had run away, in hope of starting a new pack. Those who did not run away either became part of my cousin's new pack...or were dead. I looked around for Mother of Father, I saw Father, but he did not stir. He was not with us, Mother was no were to be found, I could only hope she had lived. Grimqua and Kittji had ran away and left Frox, he was too hurt to take with me so I dragged him into the cave. He was young enough for them to not kill him, but instead try to make him like them and on their side, just another warrior for the pack. Knowing he was safe I looked into the sunset on my land and ran, I would return.
THE RETURN
I growled, my back leg had been cut open by a wild Kau's horn while I tried to attack her. It wasn't too bad, but I was still hungry from not catching the Kau, so I contiuned to run around, years away from my old pack had made me strong. It is normal for a species on the brink of extinction to not be in packs, but be alone. I had become a very large Lupe, strong and smart. You had to be when you lived on your own, if you weren't you'd be dead. The sun was setting and I could feel my stomach pains, I hadn't eaten in a week, so I surveyed the plains and saw a herd of Gnorbu. They are not the smartest animals, but if they found out I was near they'd run. So I got down low and walked slowly torwards them, soon I was close enough to make the kill when a howl rang out. The Gnorbu ran and I was still dinnerless. Mad I looked to see who had made the howl, but there was no one in sight.

Leprackon
This is Lepra, or as I call her, kid. She is a over-hyper, happy Spaniel. We met in the swamps of my territory. She obviously looks nothing like me, and she does not act like me at all. We argue a lot, and I could easily hurt her with my tusks or claws, but I refrain, maybe becuase she is small, maybe because she is a girl, or maybe somthing else I am not sure of. She wants me to be happier, but I refuse, there is nothing in this world for a cruel, depressed beast like me to smile over. This little ray of sunshine has though been very thoughtful and deep, she though dizty can be so very wise.
Shibakaii
Shibakaii, is a Luanadon like me. She has a personality not unlike my own, but I think she is more hopeful and kind then I. When we met we soon got into fight, I cracked her leg and hurt her pretty badly, I could have killed her if she had not fought back. She healed and we have become friends...I think. She has hopes our species will live on, while I have given up. Shiba is strange, she cannot remember her childhood.
