Today was my first day of school & it was horrible!!! No joke. I got to school & I was like ok, I can do this. So I walked into my math class & found out that my crush Logan was in there so I was like I am going to love this class. Then I looked at the board to see the seating chart & I went to where my desk was suppose to be & well let's just say there wasn't a desk there. So I asked my teacher where my desk was & he said we didn't have enough so I had to sit at this table against the wall for the whole class. Great. So an hour & a half rolled by & I went to Science. It was chaos!!! We went straight to doing work, no joke. She gave us like 5 homework assignments & we have a quiz tomorrow. So again I went to my next class which is Spanish & it was SOOOO boring. The teacher has a voice that makes you want to sleep. I was so excited because the day was almost over, but I had to go to gym. So I get there & we just sit there & talk to that was fun & then all of a sudden the announcements come on & we have to report to the football stadium. We were like ok…. So we went out there in the 90 degree heat & as soon as we get there we have to go home. We only sat there for like 5 minutes. It turns out it was a b*mb threat so when I tried to go to the other parking lot where my mom picks me up, they wouldn't let me go because I would have to walk past the school so I am standing there for 10 minutes for my mom to realize to pick me up where I'm at. I called her on my phone, but she wouldn't answer. So not only was a sweaty & tired, but I had a million homework assignments to do., take a quiz tomorrow, & take a test & quiz on Wednesday!!!
How as my day? First of all, it was around 60% better today than yesterday. I went to my first period which is math & we reviewed things we learned in Algebra I 2 years ago. It was really boring, but I need the review because we are taking a major test tomorrow to determine if we will stay in Honors Algebra II with Trig or get switched to a regular Algebra II class. I am so nervous, but I am really good in math so I think I will do fine. So the bell rang & I had to go to science. Lets just say that was chaos again. We just started our notebook packet that we will have for each unit & it was due TODAY!!! We just started yesterday for crying out loud. She never told us it was due today too so we worked on that & then took our quiz & then finished out packets in barely enough time. So 3rd period rolled around & we went to Spanish. It was the same as yesterday, BORRRRING!!! I am telling you, that teacher has a monotone voice. Like if you watch my favorite show, Lost, & the character Ben never sounds excited or happy or anything & only have one tone all the time when he talks, just imagine that is how my teacher sounds, but worse. Anyways, back on topic, lunch was awkward. Well I eat lunch with my friend Jessica H. & my ex-bff Jessica A. is her bff (I know, complicated right?) & she ate lunch with us, but Jessica H. was in between us. I never talked to Jess A. at all. Long story short, she is a *insert word here* & I can't stand her. Not saying any more. Finally my last class: gym rolled around & we sat there talking & laughing our butts off today. One of my friends is so crazy & we were laughing at the craziest things. Haha. So today turned out good. Oh, almost forgot. I got in the car & my mom got 2 New Moon chocolate bars today (One Jacob & one Edward) & the Jacob one was COMPLETELY melted & the Edward one was whole. How ironic since Edward represents ice & Jacob represents fire. See what I mean? Anyways, I called the Jacob candy bar even though it was completely melted. Taylor Lautner pwns!!!
Oh was my day? Fine. To start off I had that math test I was talking about in my last post that determines if I will stay in Honors Algebra II with Trig & it was SUPER DUPER easy. I think I got a really high score. So that started off my day positive. Next in Science, we started a new unit & worked the entire class. Lucky us though, we had a fire drill that lasted for like 10 minutes. This year you have to stay with your class because they will take roll to make sure everyone is out of the building. It is a pain, but at least we get out of class. So the first part of the day was good so I was hoping the rest of the day would be good too. I was so nervous because we had a test in Spanish III & I didn't really study, but it was SOOOOOO easy, that first off all, I knew all the answers, & second the teacher gave us the answers before we turned it in. I mean, HELLO who is going to fail that test?! I think I am going to love that class. Something else happened in the class, but I am going to skip that part… Anyways, Jessica A. didn't eat lunch with us today. Sweet. I can't stand her. I can't believe we were friends from 2nd grade all the way until 8th grade. She doesn't even talk to me anymore. She was the one who didn't want to be friends, whatever. Anyways, back on topic, gym was the same. We sat there & talked the whole time. Tomorrow we get gym lockers & Friday we start gym. Yay, us. So I TOTALLY forgot to tell you the good news yesterday. My pony, Blue came back yesterday. For those of you that don't know about the situation, he was sent away a few months ago for training so he could be sold since I don't ride him anymore & a few things happened, so now he is back. He is not getting sold anytime soon. Yay. He is my bff. I love him so much. I spent 30 minutes with him today grooming him & giving him my apple. He also nibbled me, which is his way of showing affection. I missed him so much.
School is the same as usual. Nothing out of the ordinary happened today. In math we started talking about Greatest Common Factor, the Difference of two Squares, the Difference of two Cubes, & the Sum of two Cubes. It is so easy, that it is not even funny. I like math so far, so I hope it doesn't get that much harder. I will be totally lost in Trigonometry though. We started it in Geometry & I was so lost. My Geometry teacher tried his best, but I still didn't get it. Haha. In science, we had so much work that I have to complete it for homework again, no surprise there. Let me just say, that teacher is crazy. She gives us too much work & she won't let us multi-task either. If she sees us doing that, then she will take our packets away. It is so stupid. In Spanish we took notes on stuff we learned in Spanish II so I just brought the notes I took last year so I didn't have to write them down again. Haha. In gym we got our lockers & that was about it. I wish I had something more intersecting to say, but I don't really have anything else to add… Oh, I know. This is kind of stupid, but a funny coincidence. In Spanish class we were talking about the word embarrassada which means pregnant in English. He told us most people say that when they are trying to say embarrassed & get confused. So I was looking through Seventeen mag I just got the day before that came in late & it has a short story about how a girl said that to a Spanish boy when he said she was pretty & she was embarrassed. I know now, that the word means something else then what I think it means. Haha. So speaking of which, when I got home, I watched The Secret Life of the American Teenager while doing my homework.
If you guessed Friday would be the best day of the week, then you were correct. Today was a good day. We did the usual, took notes in Math & did our work in Science that we didn't have time to do, so we now have homework. Yeah, you heard correctly, homework over the weekend. I have at least 1 assignment in every class, except for gym of course. So Spanish rolled around & we took a pop quiz. It was SO freakin easy, no joke. PLUS, as soon as we finish taking the quiz, we grade our own papers, so you can cheat if you want. I got every single one right on the quiz so I was fine. I don't believe in cheating anyways, so I would NEVER do that. The bell rang & we went to gym. My teacher is INSANE!!! She worked us out the WHOLE class period. She is a vigorous gym teacher. Let me tell you. She made us warm up for 20 minutes & then play a game called Ultimate Sponge Ball. I stink at the game. No joke. I am horrible at it. I was actually sweating because of everything she made us do. I am so sore. That was pretty much my day. Oh, I almost forgot, I have a 103.24% in my science class. I LOVE my grade. Let's hope it stays over 100%. Before I go, there was a fight today. It was two mentally ill students on the floor choking each other to death. No joke. They were wheezing. The assistant was watching them & everyone near them was staring at them & laughing & stuff. It was so sad. Finally after a few minutes one of the assistant principles came & broke it up. They could have suffocated each other in just a few more seconds. I wanted to break it up so bad because it looked like one of them was going to die. I wish I knew what they were fighting about…
