Well, SOTM stands for site of the month, so it's kinda like a contest between sites to see who's the best. Sites enter SOTMs and compete against each other. So every month, new entries are entered. Neopians, like you vote for the winner! Voting starts every month, as well. Just neomail me telling me what site you want to vote for.
