King Kelpbeard
This 53 year old Koi is best known as being the King of Maraqua. His duties include Ruling Maraqua and overseeing its renovation, guiding and protecting his citizens. Long ago, during the era when Old Maraqua still stood proudly beneath the waves, King Kelpbeard took a chance and stood up to the evil pirate captain who threatened his people. Angered, the pirates struck, and struck hard. Maraqua was utterly destroyed, and its people scattered. Although he stood up for his people, he ignored Isca's warning and kept her prisoner in her own room.
King Coltzan III
The former King of The Lost Desert was a brave and just warrior who governed The Lost Desert
with a kind heart and generous soul for many years. His legendary status as a noble defender of The Lost Desert grew as the tales of his heroic deeds spread throughout the land. There isn't a single Sakhmetian alive who has not heard the tale of how Coltzan defeated a savage Monocerous with his bare paws, or of the time Coltzan rescued Princess Lightfoot from the clutches of the nefarious Baron Nehlaki, a story which is recounted in Sakhmet Tales a popular anthology of Sakhmetian folklore.
King Roo
King Roo is the King of Roo Island and is most famous for inventing the game Dice-A-Roo. The game came about after the King being extremely bored. He ordered his staff to search for something he could do to pass the time. After an array of different things had passed through his kingdom, a mysterious hooded Blumaroo handed him five dice and said 'Each roll of these magical dice brings a surprise. No two games are the same. May you never be bored again.
King Skarl
Though known for being grumpy and prone to eating too much, King Skarl has nevertheless ruled his kingdom with fairness and his own special brand of wisdom. He is held in mild contempt by his brother, King Hagan, whose enlightened kingdom often looks down upon the simpler land of Meridell. Meridell, in turn, slightly frowns upon the haughty and often self-righteous kingdom of Brightvale. King Skarl's kingdom, after years of trial and hardship, has proven to be a strong land, with a King who's slightly smarter than he looks.
Princess Amira
Not a name that immediately stands out, but Princess Amira is known for being the eldest daughter of the late King Coltzan III and ruler of the kingdom of Sakhmet. She dreams of a life without boring officials and foppish suitors pestering her constantly. Princess Amira is personally described as beautiful, elegant, cultured, and refined. Due to her overwhelming beauty, many young admirers have asked for her hand. Under Amira's rule Sakhmet has become a peaceful, thriving, law-abiding place, as Amira puts it "terribly boring." Whenever she gets a moment to herself, the Princess longs for some excitement to come her way....
Princess Fernypoo

Princess Sankara is heiress to the throne of the Fourth Khonsu Dynasty. For almost ten years, I've dreamt of leading an army into my homeland of Khamtef and defeating the evil King Heksas, but Coltzan always advised me against it, saying that I was too young.
Princess Vyssa
Princess Vyssa is the daughter of King Coltzan III, and is as loved by all the inhabitants of Sakhmet as she is beautiful. She is next in line to her father's throne, and cannot wait to take over his rule. Since she is so young and very inexperienced, she has to look to the advice and guidance of the Royal Council whether she likes it or not.
Kyishi the Limbo Queen
Well, it says it in the name. Kyishi is the 17 year old Limbo Queen. When her school held a limbo contest, she jumped at the chance. She beat the other kids with ease and got her first limbo trophy. Soon enough, her parents had to buy a cabinet for all the trophies she collected. She dreamed of one day going to Mystery Island, to participate in the Gadgadsbogen limbo contest, where they best limbo dancers in all Neopia competed for the grand prize. She kept a special place in her trophy case for that prize, and if she won, it'd be party time!
