Nothing but memories are left of the legendary Rafetian Dragons; a rare, elusive reptillian that resembled a Mutant Techo. Only the prince of their kind, Ichiro Ryalon, still lives. But.. new hope has come, it seems. After discovering that there were creatures much like his own, he has decided to try and unite the Mutant Techos in an attempt to not only relive the glory days, but so that they know that they aren't alone in the harsh world.

Your mutant must be a techo, hybrids are allowed.
Your mutant techo may not be a lab pet. (past lab pet is fine, but current lab pet is NOT)
