Hi, I'm Lisoata and I host this adoption agency from my pet page.
My owner Lisoata runs it, with help from my friends Jade and May.
Here we adopt pets from the pound, zap them, read to them and then put them up for adoption.
We are not trying to sell these pets in any way.
All you have to do to adopt one of them is send an application.
However, you must recognize that sending an application does NOT guarantee you will get the pet.
An interesting thing about our agency, is that by the time any of the pets here go UFA they will have read at least 30 books, so have an intelligence of at least mega genius (50).

The Rules dramatic music

Oh noes, there are rules? *runs away and hides under a rock*
Look everyone hates rules, but this is the only way to make sure I don't get a load of applications saying "can i haz ur pet??????"
You MUST read these for a chance at adopting a pet.

Important Rules
You must be over four months to adopt a pet.
You must have less than four pets to adopt one of mine, do NOT pound a pet to adopt one of mine as that defeats the point.
You cannot trade or abandon a pet if you adopt it. I am against pet trading and if you do not want them any more, you should contact me.

Application Rules
Use the pets correct name and gender.
Try and use correct grammar. Please.
Petpage apps are equal to neomail apps. However, if you decide to make a petpage, be sure to include a disclaimer saying I didn't force you to make it.
Include the Billopan pledge of good ownership in your app.
If I am chosen, I, (your name) , pledge to be the best owner I can be for my new Neopet, (pet's name) . I understand all the sadness that he/she has already been through, and so I will provide everything he/she needs to be happy. I promise to be a friend to my new Neopet and never ever ever put him/her through the pain of neglect or abandonment again.
And finally...(thank god it's over...)
Include the words "brain food" somewhere in your application so I know you've actually read the rules.

7. Do you treat your pets well? (I will check your account too)
