Oh and if you dont have/want a full-page layout, you just have a normal one... then if you want those bullets that are for the 'home' and 'join' and 'messages' etc etc. an actual picture, then this code is MADE for it :3
and i already have a cute image there for you :D it looks like this. 
1. You must make a background/base image, but make sure to add a space for a textbox and also add 3 links-just type them in like plain old words-(like i put Join Chat & Web but you can change them to w/e you like... but please atleast have a join link!!).
Here is an example of one i just made:
2. Ohkay for the code, in the welcome message part of your guild, add this:
3. Now, inside the style tags, add this code, it gets rid of all the extra things you dont want:
4. This one is for your image :D!! Put it AFTER the div tag, but BEFORE the style tags:

6. Now its time for the Textbox, or as some say the Blog Box. Get paint back up, and go to the top left corner of the place where you made/want the box. Write those 2 coordinates down. You have the left & top done! Go down to the bottom right. Also write those 2 coordinates down. Then subtract the first number of the bottom right coordinates (should be the number on the left) and the first number from the top left coordinates you wrote down (on the left). And now you have your width. Do the same with both second coordinates (bigger# - smaller#) and you have your height. Okay, you just finished all the annoying stuff! Oh but one more thing, you must get the size of your picture. Get the paint screen up, with your background / base image up, press ctrl E and it shows you the width of image, and the height. It goes in the style tags.
7. This is for the textbox!! Put this one AFTER the style tags:
8. This is just the neopets navigation, you have to have this, or you are not following the rules :O!!!!! We wouldn't want that now would we? All you have to change are the px from top, left, the height, and the width.(right after the style tags):
9. You know those 2 little coordinates on the bottom of the screen on paint? Well you'll use them alot. Firstly, you know where you typed in those 3 words? (join, and 2 others) well you need to focus on them for a bit. Go to your first word, and put ur pointer on the top left of it. Don't move your cursor! but jot down those coordinates somewhere. Now, go to the bottom right corner of the word, and do the same thing! Again, write those down. Here's mine:

(i figured: since its bday themed, and birthdays are for only 1 day, i couldnt be bothered to add a credit, but please dont say its yours. you can say that a friend made it, but dont use a name (unless its mine :D) Oh also cuz this layout was made in like 5 minutes, so it isn't my best layout, but its cute.)
Mk, this petpage is for 2 columns, but im sure you can go through the code and go and figure out how to make it just one column..
