I, the all powerful Darigan Hissi, Glaiscale, Have decided to take over the vast world of Neopia. But shhhh, don't tell Dr. Sloth, he might get jealous.
I plan on accumulating a terrible and somewhat pretty looking army (Whaaat, it doesn't hurt to look nice!), and to do this I need 1 of every type of Hissi in Neopia.
Oh, and if you aren't sure whether you're evil enough for an army such as this, or whether being a minion is really your thing, down worry. I can just hypnotise you.

Update: I am now looking for Hissies to fill the ranking positions of my army. These Hissis must tell me their Qualifications (i.e How evil the Hissi is). If their colour isn't already in the army, they will have to stick with being a minion. This is to give Hissies who are too late to join the minion database, a position in the army.
