What an enchanting forest... The thought floats through your mind as you stroll through the back lit trees, the golden glow of the sun peeking through the loosely twined branches. It seemed as if one could walk for ages in this wonderful place and never grow tired. And while you explore, you finally realize you have become completely, and hopelessly lost.

the trees here had grown gnarled and twisted, their branches pointed awkwardly like fingers, catching on your clothing threateningly. Frightened, you run and in a frantic attempt to escape, trip over one of the ragged tree roots, knocking yourself unconscious.

....Where am I...

The question slips from your lips as you sit up wearily on the cold, stone floor of a large cave. Almost instantly, your eyes flock to the only light source of the rocky room, a dimly lit lantern hanging from the large jaws of a particularly large canine. So large, in fact, that his head was ducked lowly to avoid hitting the roof of the cave. With a short gasp, you quickly find your composure, jumping up and backing to the nearest wall, eyes locked on the beast. Four tails flick animatedly behind the great wolf, and he bows his head, placing the lantern on the floor in front of him, before opening his mouth to speak. Don't worry, kid. I'm not going to hurt you...

What Am I...? Well, you see.. A long time ago, I happened to be quite normal. Much like you, or any other creature that walks this earth. Like any other creature that will walk this earth, I died. No more than 19 years of age, I was killed in a fight. Killed at the hands of a darigan lupe I had come to know as Jaole. What a sickening demon, feeding off other canines with little or no remorse. You see, I died protecting my Alpha. She was a beautiful lupe, the only living creature I have ever been loyal too, and the only one I had risked my life to save. That vicious cannibal trapped her on a ledge, but I saved her, knocking both him and myself over the edge. I hadn't been thinking, he had wings, I did not, and though we struggled for a good few seconds whilst falling through the air, he managed to correct himself, and kick me away. I fell all the way down to the jagged bottom, crushing my skull in on a rock.
....
That should have been where it ended.. Why is it I'm still here..? I'm not dead. I was. My alphess's name was Keriyhi, yes, was. From this I'm sure you have gathered that my attempt to save her was in vain. Keriyhi is, infact dead. But she did not die at the paws of that hidious beast Jaole.
She died at mine.
After only hours of lying dead at the bottom of the cliff, she appeared, from where I do not know. My Alphess... She carried with her a vial filled with a toxic looking substance, hideous blue grey color.
She should have ran, ran and never looked back.

Lifting my hideously deformed, cold, bloody head, she poured the substance down my throat.
It was then, I awoke.
My flesh twisted and my spine and head exploded with pain. My tail was joined by three others, and thick bone protruded from my already mashed skull to form this horrible mask. Transmorgifacation Potion

I sputtered, coughing up blood and pawing at my head in confusion. This thing on my head, it won't come off, believe me I've tried. My once beautiful Silver pelt changed color to a drab grey, accented only by these hideous purple markings and the toxic color of my mouth and claws.

If it had been up to me... I would still be dead, because the moment she revived me, my efforts had been in vain.
At that moment, I became extraordinarily hungry. I was no longer in control of my actions, and without a second thought I killed my alphess. My beautiful alphess, she tasted absolutely Wonderful. Now I'm not sure how it happened, but I had inherited Jaole's cannibalistic nature. I hate that creature with every fibre of my being, I hate myself almost as much as I loathe him. I can't tell you exactly how I feel.. I don't regret killing my Alphess after what she did to me, look what she created! Her death was her own fault, if she had let me die, knowing I had saved her, she would have lived. She made a fool of me, and worse yet,
She made me my own worst Enemy.

Rebo:// I haven't seen this guy in ages, but we aren't enemies, so I guess you could consider us allies. He's not exactly the nicest krawk, kind of bossy and rude really, not that it bothers me much. His heart is in the right place, and he'll protect you if you need it, no matter how undeserving you are. Selflessness is foolishness, but he seems to be doing ok.

Rai:// Never have a met such an egotistical jerk. He thinks he owns the bloody planet, our arguments are trivial, and no matter how bad either of us would hate to admit it to each other's faces, we enjoy the bickering. I'll show him up one day, ha it'll be great.
