Hello and welcome. Crystal is my name, but I go by Fizz here on neopets. I have proudly created and coded this petpage in hopes of adopting Ua.

Reality; A 16, neopet addicted, horse loving, quiet, grape and carrot loathing, book worm, html learned, nature girl is who I am.

	I stress horse loving, because horses are my ultimate passion. I lease a sorrel, blazed, white socked, American Quarter horse gelding named Cody. He is my life. =)

Neopian; Seven years ago I started playing neopets and I plan to continue to enjoy what neopets offers. History and other miscellaneous items stated below. =)

I lab foster pets, finding homes once colored, therefore, I have years of experience doing transfers. I've lost two pets out of the long list I adopted out. Neither was my fault.

I've been warned three times. Twice for posting an offsite link (to my adoptables). The third was for a contest. I have no recollection of that. XD
One account of mine was hacked. It was completely my fault; I was simply dumb...and young. I've learned my lesson.
None of my accounts have ever been frozen except one which I self-froze.

I taught myself html. The beginning was rather ugly, just trust me on that. With practice came ease, and with ease, the joy of creating an aesthetically pleasing page. Because I don't view it as a chore, but rather entertaining, the majority of my pets have petpages. Some are completely finished, others are in progress.

I envision Ua as an independent character; very leader-like. Although royalty she remains humble, caring, and kind. Allow me to expand, but first, it would be beneficial to read her story ("One life, two stories").

Read it? Okay, you may continue. =)

Born eldest, she knows no time without responsibility. She's enthusiastic in her duties, fun-loving towards fellow shoyru's and rather sociable. A flaw, some would say, is her stubbornness. Though she is able to accomplish many things, it is also her stubbornness that gets her into trouble.

Also, her initial easy lifestyle caused Ua to take items for granted despite her overall appreciative nature. Post-fire she learned to appreciate everything in a much deeper way, including her siblings. She's experienced grief and lives among her people, both of which, along with all her other qualities, will benefit her in her quest to capture her long-lost empire.

In a nut shell, her personality consists of the following:

I tend to expand on my general view of my pet's personalities and make them more complex as I roleplay, forming their character in more depth. ^^


Her story "One life two stories", a general overview of her history, will be elaborated upon when I write her entire and much more detailed story.

To tell you the truth, I've never roleplayed anthro. None of my characters suited it. I look forward to engaging in my first ever anthro rp with Ua though. Shoyrus I have an easier time accepting as human-like since they already stand on two feet, in contrast to lupes or kougras. XD

A sample of my writing:

The sun burned brightly and the wind blew not as Ua sat comfortably at her desk in her palace room. Her head was tipped downward, her eyes studying the ancient scrolls that lay before her. It was her father that had taught her how to read the ancient language. Not useful to the common citizen, few were able to translate it, but being royalty the script was important to know. The fragile paper sat still on the wooden desk as she scanned the oddly written, hand-inked words. The scrolls age made the faded letters difficult to read, but Ua was reading quickly, anxious to know what the paragraphs held. The next word her eyes fell upon shocked her to the point of near fainting. The word, or rather name: Ua.




I am aware this application isn't littered with art. I wish it could be, but I am no artist.

Ua wears a crown to represent her royalty. Occasionally she'll carry a staff. A necklace, passed down through the generations of ruling family members, hangs around her neck. On her back there is a tattoo. She was born with it, and it symbolizes her ancestry.

Though a typical question in a typical application, I feel it is important enough to answer.

Browsing through neopound, I saw her and was surprised; a royal shoyru. I continued looking through pets but the image of her never left.

I can't say I immediately feel in love with her; I don't believe in love at first sight. She just grew on me. I read the rules and after thinking about it for a day or two I made up my mind to apply.

I adore her name. No matter what the specie or color, I think I would have applied (then painted or morhped her to suit my liking) just based upon that.

I'm not much of a fan of royal pets in general. I find the idea of roleplaying them difficult and hard to be creative with. The female shoyru, however, for whatever reason, caught my eye. ...Her smile is just so darn cute!

A story started to form in my mind and I feel apart of her already =)

Why me? Upon asking myself this, I had a hard time coming up with an answer. Probably the most important question and I come up blank. But why should I have to tell you when I clearly showed you?! I created this application. I believe Ua deserves the best and I know I can offer her just that, else I wouldn't have applied. =D






Last but not least, I promise to enjoy and embrace the character; the life, I have set out for her. ^^




In making this application I have fallen in love with Ua. I hope you won't break my heart. I mean that sincerely.

Ashes to ashes, dust to dust; and so the city fell to a great and wild fire.

The story doesn't begin at the destruction of the empire, however, but at the creation of it.

The city itself was created when a star died and showered it's dust into the vast ocean. It was the

	in- habitants, however, that created

the mighty empire that would one day be known as Arouia and referred to as the greatest to ever exist.

When or even how the first beings arrived at the isle no one really knows. There are myths, but they are mere speculations.

The city grew from the dust, and the shoyru specie evolved with it. Structures were erected, and soon the isle thrived with life. Naturally a ruling family emerged from the ranks, and that same family line continued to oversee the city until that fateful day fire struck it down.

The empire remained un-threatened for twenty-thousand years. And the ruling family served faithfully and with justice.

Can light exist without casing a shadow? Therefore, with power, with good, comes enemies.

She was born first, her brother only two minutes after. Their parents adorned them with the names Ua and Teu.

More children were born afterward, creating a large family of ten, but it was the first two that would someday carry the responsibility of ruling the empire.

Ua proved to be the more mature, as her brother often filled his day with risky stunts, and inappropriate pranks for royalty.

Neither, including Ua, though, were prepared yet to rule the empire. It would be many more years before they would sit upon the throne.

Until then they lived luxuriously; happy and comfortable. Little did they know, that was about to change. And drastically.

Made from star dust the city ignited fiercely, and raged without mercy. The fateful day was five years before Teu and Ua would have been crowned rulers.

It is speculated enemies of Arouia set it afire. Others simply believe it was accident. Either way, the inhabitants were forced to flee their once thriving city. Only a select few made it out with their lives intact.

The ruling family was no different. Out of the ten, only Ua, Teu, and their youngest sister, Mae, escaped the fire alive.

The three along with the other fifty-some survivors found refuge a long day's flight away at Proq, an allied city.

Fearing further danger, Ua decided to hide her and her siblings' identity. They shed their robes, and abandoned their crowns and assumed commonality.

The transition was challenging. Food was scarce and their once well-feed stomachs ached for more. The nights in the open air were cold with no bright, crackling fire to warm them.

The sight of the orange blaze may have been too much for them anyway. For Ua, the thought of the past was especially hard. Images of that night, throught the rest of her live, never ceased to haunt her.

Though the eldest and in the least need of attention, she was the closest to both her father and mother. Perhaps it was because she had been their first born. Maybe it was just her personality. Either way, she missed them, and grew to hate those that destroyed her once perfect life.

--------- It had indeed been enemies that lit the empire ablaze, for shortly after they inhabited the desolate land.

Without means of force to retake Arioua, twenty years the impoverished shoyru lived as in exile from their beloved home.

It was those twenty years that fueled their spite, grew their determination, and spurred their eventual attempt to reclaim what they had once lost, under the leadership of Ua, who would emerge from the ranks as their long-forgotten child heir.

She was no longer a child, however, and her quest was full of passion. With the semi-regrown population, she planned to seize her city.

Would she be able to regain what was lost or could fighting ultimately cause her to lose more?
