Greetings! You must be here for the list of Draiks created on 9th of September 2009, otherwise known as Draik Day, where a glitch caused the normally rare species, Draik, to be made creatable for short periods of time.

My name is Cursyt, and I will be your host. I am Grey's own 9/9/09 Draik, given to her by a friend after she missed creation. But, enough of that. This site aims to list all of the Draiks created on 9/9/09, so if you own a draik created on that date, click the 'Neomail' button on the left and fill in the gaps.

In this directory, my owner and I decided it would be easier to list my fellow Draiks by name, rather than colour. I dislike it when you are in a pet directory, and you click on a blue pet, for example, and when you visit their petlookup, the pet's a different colour! Very annoying and disorganised. So, if our logic is correct, by listing names, it would be a lot less hassle to remove pets if their species changed. Even more as this is a Draik directory! Who would ever change the species of their Draik?! My owner certainly wouldn't.

How to get a 9/9/09 Draik

Some people think that 9/9/09 Draiks aren't the same as other Draiks. The whole un-earned thing. Okay, I admit that as they were simply created, the owners didn't have to spend their time and money into buying a morphing potion or egg. On the other hand, surely in some ways it could have been a good thing? I mean, the inflation of morphing potions/eggs remained the same for a while, or even became cheaper. It's up to you what you think of 9/9/09 Draiks. But remember: They are still Draiks.

So, how do you get a 9/9/09 Draik?

On the 9th September, it is Draik day. As I mentioned before, 2009's Draik day was glitched, causing small numbers of Draiks, like me, to be made creatable. Sadly, in an editorial, TNT comfirmed it was a glitch and would not be happening again.

Ways in which you can get a 9/9/09 Draik:

- Trade for one. (A 'high value' pet or a custom FFQ are mostly accepted.)
- Apply for one. Make an application for a Draik that is Up For Adoption. Check adoption agencies and the Pound Boards.
- Be given one. That's exactly how I came to be owned by Grey. I was extremely lucky to have been given the chance to be adopted by bilked. I think the first two options are more likely, in my opinion. (I must mention: Don't beg people for their Draiks!)

About Me

So! My own little corner! Finally persuaded Grey to give me it, since she is using my petpage!

Above is my character design, drawn by the wonderful Jess. Some people may recognise me as an Ikran from James Cameron's movie AVATAR. An Ikran is a creature of great elegance and mystery.

An Ikran chooses his rider, not the other way around. We feel it inside, and to show the Na'vi member we choose them, we attack. The habitant of the planet Pandora, makes the bond by the means of a plait of hair. Sounds strange, I know. It is the ultimate bond, which can never be broken.
