I have played Neopets for almost seven years. A few months ago, I went to play Neopets on my cell phone. There was some kind of weird glitch. It told me, while I was logged in, that I had no pets, nothing. I ended the session, and tried again, only to get the same answer. So after ending the session again, I came home and got online and came to my account. It informed me I still had a cell phone session going yet and asked if I wanted to end, so I did. After that I noticed that I was missing everything in my inventory and, horrifyingly, that my bank account was empty. After seven years I had compiled over 11 million NP in efforts to finish my Kau Gallery, and just like that, it was gone. I emailed Neopets over and over and over again, wanting help, and never received ONE reply. Nice way to treat a loyal player, don't you think? You won't see me around much anymore if at all. So please don't email me wanting to know how much I'd pay for something that isn't in my gallery, because obviously I have no way to pay for it.
