Welcome to this lookup. This was my side account. My main was: pretty_happy.
It was frozen because of inactivity. (I didn't go on it for a long time.) I tried to get it back but TNT never gave it back to me. :(
So anyway, this is my new main.

So, My mother has a neopets account. Its 8+ years old. She takes long breaks from neopets.. and she dosent go on hers for like.. oh i dont know... at least 4-5 years. and its still up and running. I DONT GO ON MY ACCOUNT FOR LIKE 6 MONTHS AND GET FROZEN? Do you see the injustice in that. I tried to get my account back, and they wouldn't give it to me, they made me type in all of this info that i couldn't remember from 4 years ago when i signed up for my old neopets main. (how does anyone remember what the original email address was when you signed up or exactly what items were on your account or in you SDB, especially when your a packrat, like me after that much time away!?) I did my best to tell them what i remembered and it took months to get a response. Soo i sent in another ticket, this time the person said, it had been to long to get it back, and they couldnt help me!! - all my progress, work and Real MONEY i spent on NC cash. all gone! LIKE OMG UGHHHHH! FRUSTRATION TO THE MAX!
