In explanation of my trophies, avatar count, etc. in regards to my account age -
My original 10+ years old account was frozen (someone else got into it so TNT froze it to protect it) and the tnt support person who answered my ticket said to create a new account, and everything from the old one (that could be) would get transferred over. That included my trophies, avatars, and (thankfully!!) my pets.
