WHOOOOOSH! Kookybloo, the half-human, half-Starry Zafara cyborg is out and about after being imprisoned in a small cell in the Virtupets Space Station for being a nuisance to all there. Solitary confinement, unfortunately, has made her even crazier (despite her many successful escapes). Now that she has finally fled the Space Station (but not without a lengthy diatribe to Gargarox about the quality of his food first), she's ready to conquer space and possibly even time (Good luck with that, Kookers! You'll need it!). Assisting Kooky is her Incredible Doglefox Horde (IDH), a fearsome band of petpets who have been trained to sing and dance in perfect synchronicity. Rumor has it that some can even play their own instruments. Of course, an all-Doglefox boy band could make millions at the Tyrannian Concert Hall, but Kookybloo has greater concerns than that right now. Like getting the IDH to use a toilet. Anyway, even though Kooky is not a villain per se, when she's not whooshing around Neopia and/or Kreludor, she prefers to lay low on Neopia proper, plotting her next "scheme", as the IDH calls it. (Kooky has many times regretted teaching the IDH to make quote marks with their paws.) These schemes range from sniping on the Super Shop Wiz to brainwashing MAGAX: Destroyer into singing his original theme song everywhere he goes. While dressed in a Vira costume. Kookybloo was last seen trying to modify the IDH's oxygen helmets so that they could play saxophones and other wind/brass instruments while wearing them. Her disguise usually consists of an oversized denim jacket and white cat's-eye sunglasses. If you see what appears to be a mere Starry Zafara in such garb, usually in the Game Graveyard speaking with Inigmah the Space Brain from the late, great Codebreakers when she prefers deep, meaningful conversation to "rif, ruf, ruf", do NOT, under any circumstances, go up to her and say, "Hey, I know you!" She won't be happy. (And neither will Inigmah. Have you seen him get mad? WHOA...)
A Rundown on Kooky's Cyborg Anatomy
Robotic Eye: Shoots painful lasers. Also handy for night vision and zooming in on that danged fine print. Gauntlet: Shoots Kooky Rays, which can alter something's molecular structure. Belt: Used for displaying audiovisual files. Sometimes plays annoying kids' shows if Kooky has a virus (biological or computer). Tail Circuits: Used for celestial navigation and balance, so Kooky always lands on her feet. Can also be fiddled with if a particularly gruesome image has seared itself into her 13-terabyte brain. Ankle Jetpacks: Used for flying and, well...flying.
