I am the user with many names, but I normally go by Cosmo (although I do go by Moondoggie, Cosmic, Cow, and many other names on the Neoboards). Despite what the banner says, I've actually been on on Neopets for a very long time, and my user name is based off a project I'm currently working on. Even though I have a long list of friends, I have yet to stop adding more to it, so if you'd like to be my friend, that's fine with me. But since things are getting a little crazy, I'm only accepting people I've talked with for a while.
