 Site Name: Notable Neopets Creator: fishsymbol Url: http://www.neopets.com/~AmourPetite Site Description: Well, I got the idea for the site from one of my Neofriends. Sometime last year, she had taken a screenshot for somebody when their Neopet had showed up on the homepage of the Neopets site. Their pet had been chosen as a "Notable Neopet", and she had cut that piece of the picture out to give to them. I didn't know much about it then, but afterwards I kept seeing other people with these little rectangle pictures of their pet as a "Notable Neopet" on their pet descriptions and such. It seemed like people enjoyed having the picture, so I just started collecting Notable Neopet screenshots from then on whenever I saw them on the Neopets homepage. I just stuck them on my pet's homepage and Neomailed their owners about it. It was never meant to become a real site, but the people I Neomailed kept saying it was a great idea, even when it was just a bunch of random pictures. I thought I'd enter it in this spotlight contest to show off all the cool Notable Neopets here, but also to let more people know about it so maybe they'll catch these screenshots for other people, since I don't have time to catch them all. There were also some people I couldn't Neomail when their pet was a Notable Neopet (people who were under thirteen or were only accepting Neomails from Neofriends). Maybe they'll be able to see their pets on this site through this contest. Quick Jump IMPORTANT - SUBMISSION POLICY!
