The art of scaring neopets... First thing, remember don´t scare neopets that are, rich, big, strong or more scarry then you! Second thing, don´t scare babys if you´r not relly evil! 1, it is sooo much easier when it is dark oute side... 2, the best is to be a real suprise! or... maby if you feel so you can hunt them for a loong time and make them so nervus that they are shaking.. 3, when you finaly will end it you can choise how.. maby, scream Boo! or you can just come from a dark corner and say nothinge just stand there whit a evil smile.. and if you can fly, you can dimp down from the scy and scream real loud..
4, and now, if you still want to be the victems friend you may consider to say I´m sorry, or some thinge, till the next
time...*evil grin*
