Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Main
My score is being reviewed by staff. What does that mean? Our data indicates that the score you submitted falls within the range of scores submitted by players that cheat at the Flash games.
This does not mean that you are cheater.
If you did not cheat, our other indicators will let us know that, and you have nothing to worry about.
Unfortunately, what the scores are to trigger a review and what other indicators we use for determining cheaters can not be shared as it would only aid cheaters.
If you get a message that your score is under review from a score submitted for any of the Challenges, that score will not count towards that challenge due to the time constraints inherent in challenges.
Your game score only applies towards your high score if it is one of your first 3 game plays for the day for that game.
If you have more than 3 game plays and are in a Challenge, your game score will only go towards the Challenge and not the high score table or NP reward. If you have feedback, this does not solve your problem, or you wish to report something about it, please click here.
