This seems to be the month of haunted houses and scary masks. To get everyone into the mood your task for this week's random contest is to create a Neopets Halloween Banner. :) This banner should be usable and when you take a picture of it please have it displayed nicely as it is a decoration for your very own haunted house. When you submit your entry make sure that you tell us what your banner is of and why you created the one you did. We will judge your creations first on quality, and then on creativity, originality, and, well, humour.
