Update: Geez looks like shandin got her wish. She looks awesome in her new color and I only wish her happy with it. Though it kind of getting annoying with Lord and Shandin fighting over who better. I mean Lord should just get over the fact he isn't the only mutant anymore.

Getting an Ice Pet - There are currently two ways of getting an ice pet, short of adopting one from someone. You can get them from a lucky zap from the lab ray, or from an even luckier Fountain Faerie Quest.

Getting an Ice Bori - There was once a yahoo toolbar deal in Neopia, and if you downloaded it and installed it you were given the opportunity to make an ice bori, or morph an existing pet into one. (This is how I was made, Lindsey was lucky enough to download the toolbar and was given the chance to make me.)

Terror Mountain Goodies - Once a day you can get a Winter Random Event on Terror Mountain! You can get anything from a Christmas Paint Brush to getting your pet hit with a snowball. It's well worth a try!
